I bought the dark gray color and I paid $47.00 for the tree . It’s not wobbly or flimsy at all . There is a tap con screw to fasten it to a wall if needed. I just have it placed against the wall and that works for what I need . My cat is 8.6 lbs , maybe with a large cat or multi cats you might need to fasten it to a wall for stability . They had a coupon price and I thought “why not?” Worst case we buy it and kitty doesn’t ever use it. She loves it! This product is cat approved. She enjoys using it right near the window, and I love how the appearance matches our home aesthetic. She refuses to leave the little box, and I love that no matter how deep she sleeps in it, she won’t fall out. The cloth is super soft, and it seems pretty durably made. It was super easy to install, though one of the screws was missing so we had to hit Home Depot and reach out to their customer service.
