Buckwheat, in my opinion, is the best gluten free pasta out there.....This brand was very good.....Taste not much different from regular pasta.....Do not overcook.

Great non-wheat pasta
This is the best tasting non-wheat pasta I've had.Economics: Buy 12 individual packs ($56.17 with tax & shipping) for less than buying 1 pack of 12 ($59.36). I don't know who sets their prices, but it is backwards.
