The band comes for Xlarge wrists but is easily adjustable to fit very small wrists. You will either need to buy a link removal tool or take it to a jeweler/watch shop for band adjustment. The only thing I really hated about the item, was the tool included to adjust the bracelet, the tool doesn't work, it was really hard to remove the pins and when I was removing the last one I accidentally broke the tool. I you don't want to go through the pain I went trying to adjust the bracelet I would recommend to go to a jewellery. I wanted this set-up since they were new and even now that they are old tech and everyone has a smart watch, I still get questions and compliments (and I still love having so much music on my wrist for whenever I need it). Very nice looking set-up, but it does scratch, so consider keeping the plastic on it or maybe even spraying it with something (?), but regardless, still nice. Also, it was a little small for me (I'm a big dude), but I loved it so much I thought I'd just see if I could buy an extra link.
