I need to re but the plug and lead for this item as lead got damaged c as m u let me no how where to buy from please

Works but feels cheap and wire keeps slipping out connector constantly. Wouldn’t recommend this brand but the light is working wonders for my skin when it does work

This isnt salon quality but for the price that's to be expected. Packaged well, easy to assemble, a bit flimsy and the button functions dont have that assured sense of quality (think a budget car and the plasticy sense compared to a top end car with that nice clunk sound of a door closing!). Instructions are scant and reads like its been put through Google Translate (from Chinese I presume) so in places a bit odd ('horn' for what I think was meant as blackhead, kinda fits and a bit funny but didnt inspire confidence). Typos also eg no spaces between words made the instructions seem a bit sloppy. But all functions worked even the fan which doesn't blow cool air in to the area being treated but seems more intended to suck heat away - gimmick in that regard. Cant comment yet on effectiveness of use with different colour light but on first use it was pleasant with the warmth and sense of light on the skin. So first impressions are that this is a budget buy as expected. Will update this review if I think the light therapy works (I do suffer from acne and eczema so I will know if there is any difference beyond my regular regimen). My advice to the manufacturer/sellers is to get the instruction manual sorted, improved detail and proper suggestions of regimen and general user instructions. I odnt feel lie it was a waste of effort and money on first impressions but we'll see soon enough!!!

I have been using only a few times but my skin has improved already. I have problem with face redness, after few aplications my face looks calmer and brighter

Keeps disconnecting. Dont buy it as is a waste of money and time.Tried to return it but not eligible for return by the seller. Impossible to get any help from Amazon as the dont reply to the emails as this is an external seller.

Easy to use and is great as it covers face & neck.

I would have preferred more information in the brochure
