DR Green Bass Strings
It took a day to get them broken in, but now I really like the way the feel, look and sound! We definitely buy these again. I put them on my Dean custom zone bass in green.

superb strings
These DR coated strings are the best. They last much longer than traditional round wounds. The sounds is slightly less bright than a round wound.

Well, they’re green!
Pretty decent strings. I wanted to try them out. I put a green pick guard on my fender precision and I thought it’d be great to have some matching strings. I’ve been playing for over 45 years and I’ve never used coated strings before. They take a little getting used to but not enough to complain about it. So far so good and I like the way they look! Get a set and try them out!

12 string
I had some D'Addario strings on my 12 string acoustic bass then I was inspired to have Ohio University colors of Green, White and Grey. So, I got some DR Neon green strings and I love the combination

Terrific Strings - The Only Ones For Me
DR strings have been my go-to for decades now. Great price, durable, keeps a strong tone after hundreds of gigs. Keep the TIs, the RotoSounds, the others - give me DR Neons every time.

Great sound amazing looks
Ok so my band has a Halloween show coming up and thought these would look great on my Thunderbird bass was worried about the coating feeling weird or coming off while you cant even tell its coated when playing playing especially when using a pick these look great in the light and amazing in the dark I was willing to sacrifice a bit of my punch and sound from my ernie balls but these things sound fantastic even after Halloween I may switch to dr strings they are definitely worth the money!!!!!!!!

great company - great string!
I love DR strings! Used them for years. I've used coated strings on acoustics, and the idea of color appealed to me. On a silver guitar, they just pop! I've gotten so many comments and complements on the instrument at gigs. Very happy with the sound. They are round wound, and they have tone galore .... but if you don't like the roughness of round wounds, stay away from this string, as they are very pronounced.
