Still marked made in the USA...I suspect maybe by Wilde or Enderes, which have both always put out good tooling. Tiny long punches like this 1/16" are comparatively delicate (all of them, even the highest quality ones) so keep that in mind and if your pins are particularly tight fitting, frozen, or rusted, then use a drop of penetrant and a center punch to get them started, then follow through with this one. That usually still works just fine with roll pins as it does with solid pins and is the smart approach to preventing punch heartache or scratched parts. If you're bending them you may be using them incorrectly and you have to keep in mind that with the smallest punches like this, they are supposed to bend rather than shatter (there is a good metallurgical reason for this and nobody sells small punches with a heat treatment that makes them extra hard/stiff...you don't have enough mass to accommodate it until you move up to larger sizes). No reason not to recommend these punches from Tekton and the handful of others I've had have served very well...just use them smartly. It's nice that they will stand behind defective (or abused) punches the way they do...almost nobody else will do that...and still manage to keep the pricing low.
