The mat is a nice thickness and seems to be decent quality so far. The title says 7 piece set, but only comes with mat and strap.

I've been through many yoga mats and I really like this one! It's thick but light and it rolls up easily. The straps are velcro and it's easily removable. I don't like the mats with the straps attached. The mat seems durable and comfortable.

When it comes to yoga mats for at-home use, I always favor this one! The colors are bright and vibrant (I’ve ordered the blue and purple options in the past). I say "at-home use" because the mat is somewhat larger, so I wouldn't recommend it for travel or taking to classes (I use a JADE yoga mat for in-person classes). When they say "extra thick high density," they aren’t joking. That extra padding makes it very comfortable regardless of the floor type! Soft and squishy, it offers less impact on your joints than thinner mats. The mat lasts a very long time and is easy to wipe clean. Its extra thickness has helped it withstand some dog-claw punctures when my dog gets the zoomies and zips right over it. Yes, this mat will sustain small punctures, but don’t worry, they don't go all the way through to the other side, making a hole. The strap it comes with is a big plus, helping keep it compact for storage. The elastic loops on the strap are extra wide, designed specifically for this thicker mat. The elastic is high quality and doesn’t wear out with use!

good quality, very thick and cushioning, no bad smells, functions as it should, stability is good, good value for what it is, design is both functional and cute, only complaints is that when its on the smooth side touching the floor it does squeak a bit, but I've found turning it around to the striped side helps a ton with adhering to the floor better and stopping the squeak noises.

This mat is good quality, stays in place and is padded well.

It fits its price. Soft but not too soft (in my taste) The size is good Quality wise for me although using it for none intensive workouts it wear down very fast only a couple of weeks of use

Spessore del tappetino superiore a quelli classici sottili, faccio yoga e mentre gli altri mettono sotto un cuscino a me già va bene così, quindi consigliatissimo

Love it never used to worry about having a mat when I do my exercises for my back . It is absolutely so much better with it.

This yoga mat is so soft, easy to clean and has a good grip on the floor

This is a brilliant mat. Thick enough to stop any pain on the back when lying down, but stable enough to stand on and do exercises such as burpees and push ups and balancing exercises. It's just pretty big if you want to transport it anywhere but that is what you get for added comfort! The carry strap is really handy too!
