Celestial Globe - Globe by day - Constellations by night

My daughter is 2 and she loves learning! This globe is wonderful for introducing geography at a young age. Globe by day and stars by night. It also acts as a night light for my daughter so this helped with potty training in the middle of the night. My suggestion would be to order "world" books and constellations books to make this globe into a learning game. We are starting or content boxes now so we can add to the fun as we go! This is a must have!

I bought this as a gift for my dad and he didn't want to display it. I returned it and ordered a new one.

I love this lighted globe and use it as a nightlight as well as for a valuable source of information for places and continents. I do wish it was about twice as big though. Purchases want to make sure they understand the diameter is fairly small.

Nice globe. My 6 year old enjoys the fact that it glows in the dark and shows the constellation.

This is a huge disappointment. The globe is very small and the night sky function does not work. I sent this to our grandson, and I went for Thanksgiving and saw it. The box eas quite beat up and they threw that out. I suggested they send it back and I hope they do. I do not recommend this product.

Excellent quality, very readable. The one downside is that some of the countries are painted the exact same color of the oceans, leading my children to believe whole countries are just giant lakes (unless I sit there and explain otherwise). The constellations are really cool though, and that is primarily why I purchased this globe.

With the Celestial Globe I can better understand what constellations are being referred to in my history books and ancient navigation articles. It is worth the cost when you cannot see the stars at night because of freezing temperatures or constant clouds.
