Texture is watery, slight hydration. I noticed that it calms down my redness. I don't have any irritation while using this at all.

it's non irritating even on sensitive skin. Sufficiently hydrating for oily skin, not skin clogging. No scent, which is great. I love it

I love using natural ingredients on my face because my face responds so well to them. The moisturizer soaks into my face and leaves it hydrated and very soft looking and feeling. My foundation and blush goes on easily over top of it, too. I love the natural look, and my skin looks so good, it’s easy to achieve it. I’m at the point where I almost don’t even want to wear foundation because my bare skin looks so good!

I've struggled with acne since I was a teenager. This product works well for me and seems to help clear blemishes without scarring.

This is considered an Ampoule (otherwise known as a "serum" in K-beauty circles) and, while it's slightly thicker and more viscous than a traditional essence/toner, I'd still say this falls more into the latter category. My definition of a serum is something more oily than this. This is yet another product with mugwort (or artemisia) targeted at sensitive skin issues. Mugwort is a red hot ingredient right now as it seems a lot of people are struggling with skin sensitivity these days (about as popular as lactose intolerance was in the 1980s).While I don't personally have sensitive skin, I like this toner well enough. It has a slightly viscous jelly texture that spreads easily and absorbs instantly. Unlike many similar products, it leaves behind no tacky residue but instead leaves the skin feeling ever so slightly moist and slippery. As with any essence/toner, I've been layering this under my nightly moisturizing cream and it does feel as if it's adding an extra layer of hydration (unlike a thin watery essence, like Missha's Time Revolution). I wouldn't replace my fermented toner with this as I think it does little to re-texturize or brighten the skin, but if you feel like you need extra nourishment or hydration, I think this would be helpful. An ideal toner for the harsh winter months.
