Taming the State in React: Your journey to master Redux and MobX Kindle Edition

This is a very good book.I've tried n the past to pickup Redux for use in my React projects and it just never really got through to me. This book changed that perspective.While I didn't read the chapter on MobX, I went through the rest of the book closely. The writing style was approachable (a few wording issues due the German nationality of the author) and the code snippets were all perfect. Working through the examples didn't lead to any frustration you often get from mistakes or missing/assumed information.I found the approach of introducing concepts while explaining why they are needed in the context of using simpler but less functional as alternatives very helpful. I also found the 17 part construction of the HackerNews example a great way to refresh and solidify the concepts presented in earlier chapters. This project will also serve as the foundation for my Redux-based work.You will learn a lot about state management in React apps if you read this book. Good job Robin, I'm looking forward to your GraphGL book next!

I highly recommend this book for learning how to handle state in React. Robin is an excellent writer and thoroughly covers the subject. He explains the basics and then goes in depth covering best practices, etc. After reading this book I feel completely comfortable working with React + Redux.

Great book by a great author! Really helped me understand state management in ReactJS

This book is really amazing to learn Redux. The best part is the book follows practical application of building a real app and numerous applicable code snippets. This book complements the first book about React really well.

El contenido es bueno aunque algo básico.El formato me parece un error total. Letras grandísimas que hacen que el tamaño del libro sea súper incomodo. Podrían haberlo hecho mucho más compacto, manejable y seguramente hasta más barato.
