Limited use case scenario (as it should be ideally)
After getting this I realised that I was just a newbie over preparing for nothing 9/10 u don't need this it's much better to work on your grip and wrist strength. If ur attempting a pr then it's useful otherwise see if u really need it.

Good product value for money. Most lifting strap doesn't come with wrist support. This has wrist support with Velcro strap. Works both ways
