these clamps are built well. quality plastics. even though its plastic, the hinge slides smoothly and does not flex so it locks securely each time. i use this to bundle my computer cords together so its not a mess. since its a clamp. i can always open it up and readjust the size or add more cables through the clamp. this is a way better solution than tie straps where you have to stay with one size and waste one each time you need to adjust your cable bundle.

These clamps are great for wrapping up electrical cords on appliances. I have all sizes to match various cord sizes. I use them on my hair dryer, curling irons, and equipment I take to quilting retreats - lights, iron, surge protector, etc. I also have the largest size available on my orange utility extension cord.

Great set. These are normally cheaper if you buy multi-pack. They hold up well and are easy to use but not designed for exterior longtime use.
