What are the “outside” dimensions of the 12” pan?

Good for heating up chicken or cooking french fries in a toaster oven? i want to essentially make an air fryer out of it

I have not tried something like that. I have a larger disk, that I use for pizza crust. I would guess that chicken juices would leak through and make a mess and burn. I would also guess that french fries might cook evenly from all sides because of the perforations in the disk, and could be good.

Can an aluminum peel be used to remove the pizza from the pan without damaging the coating? Or can the cooked pizza be cut straight on the pan?

Yes, an aluminum peel can be used to remove the pizza from the pan without damaging the pan. Our PSTK coating is metal utensil safe. We do not recommend cutting directly on the pan though because it could cause warping or bending of the disk.
