My oldest daughter provided the most telling experience. Since she had the day off, I suggested applying this hydrogel mask and simply relaxing with a movie. She agreed, and ended up wearing it for just under three hours. The cooling sensation was unmistakable. Hydrogel masks are known for their ability to deliver sustained chill, but this one performed with a level of consistency that impressed both of us. The mask soothed her skin, reduced the visible irritation, and left her complexion noticeably calmer. By the time she removed it, the pinkness had diminished to the point of being barely noticeable. For a single‑use mask, that is meaningful performance. It’s important to note that this package contains only one mask, which is expected for hydrogel formulas of this caliber. These are not everyday sheet masks; they are specialized treatments intended for moments when the skin needs targeted relief—post‑procedure, after irritation, or during periods of heightened sensitivity. This mask fulfills its claims with clarity. The cooling effect is genuine, the hydration is comforting, and the soothing benefits are evident after a single session. For anyone navigating dermatology treatments or dealing with temporary irritation, this hydrogel mask presents a worthwhile opportunity to support the skin’s recovery with a clean, gentle, and effective product.

In the instructions, it says to remove the backing sheet, but it has two sets of backing sheets. The first set is very easy to identify; see my second picture. At first, I didn't know it had a second set of backing sheets but I wasn't able to contour the mask pieces onto my face and it just felt odd. Only then, I realized it had a second set of backing sheets; see my third picture. You would need to literally peel the mask pieces from the second set of backing sheets. The mask has three pieces, top half, bottom half an a neck piece. The mask pieces are quite difficult to handle. The mask pieces are like a piece of soft gel piece. In fact, I messed up the neck piece (see my last picture) and I wasn't able to untangle that and I ripped a piece of the "top half" off. If I knew it would be so difficult to handle, I would have cleared out my countertop and lay the pieces out before applying. Once I was able to put the top and bottom halves on my face, they stay put quite nicely. Unlike other masks I have used, these are not drenched with serum. The masks felt almost dry but I quite liked that. I could feel a slight and comfortable cooling sensation on my face from the mask, and I was able to wear it for the entire hour comfortably. The skin feels very soft to touch afterwards. Unlike other masks, it didn't cause any stickiness on the face. I give it 2 stars for easiness to use. 2 stars for the price. 5 stars once I was able to put it on, the nice and cool sensation when wearing it and the soft skin afterwards.

I have combination skin that has tendencies towards rosacea and occasional reactivity but I still routinely do everything it allows me to incorporate that might postpone my skin aging process (ex. routinely microneedle and incorporate other more aggressive skin treatments in lower UV months of the year). This mask caught my eye as being perfect for times my skin is struggling, in need of gentle TLC and specifically a sterile form of assistance. I recently tested this mask after a stretch of recent long & hot summer days at a waterpark that left my skin feeling and looking very depleted and flushed. Because of my skin's nature this seemed a nice time to first gauge its reaction and I can confidently say I'm excited to reorder it in the fall for when I return to my more aggressive anti aging skin treatments. This mask felt incredibly soothing and refreshing from the moment I applied it. I use hydrogel masks frequently and did note this one was on the thinner side so know its a bit more delicate and use care when opening and applying it as this is a package of only one more specialty purpose hydrogel mask. I left this mask on overnight, as I do all of my hydrogel masks but the directions note 30-60 min wearing time. The following morning the only portions still in place were the portions my sleep mask was still holding nicely in place but my skin both looked and felt not only significantly more balanced and less stressed but my facial flushing was fully erased, my skin texture was markedly improved again and my skin had a beautiful hydrated glow restored to it. The fact this is a gamma ray sterilized hydrogel mask, in addition to it being a minimal ingredient, fragrance free, essential oil free mask that has great soothing properties (Portulaca Oleracea extract and hydrolyzed collagen are ingredients I love for soothing and hydration) makes this mask feel like a dream to have discovered for use in the recovery periods immediately post skin barrier depleting skin treatments. Those 12-24 hours post treatment that my skin feels more raw yet I need to withhold all of my normal nonsterile skincare are never something I look forward to. BUT THIS MASK is something I am now really looking forward to utilizing to not only restore the comfort I desperately seek in those after hours but to also help support and protect my more finicky skin in that barrier recovery. While in typical times other non sterile hydrogel masks can likely suffice, this is a terrific specialty mask much more appropriate for use when there is significant barrier disruption. I feel this small investment into only using something truly appropriate for those recovery times is absolutely worth every penny.

This mask contains ingredients such as chondrus crispus extract, portulaca oleracea extract, and and hydrolyzed collagen. The best part of this hydrogel mask is its immediate cooling effect. This is particularly helpful after experiencing laser or similar skincare treatments. I wore the mask for one hour and it felt cooling and soothing. I did not feel any noticeable hydration from this mask. Additionally, I had a difficult time applying the mask. I followed the instructions provided on the product listing page. The eye mask section tore during the step when I was peeling off the clear film (I had already peeled off the white film already). This happened again for the neck mask. The hydrogel is extremely fragile and it tore easily for two of the three sections of this mask. For its cooling effects, this mask is a winner. I would just caution to be extremely careful when applying it.

This Cabiane Korean skincare mask has a lot going for it! The jelly like material stays cool on your skin, and the ingredients help moisturize your skin even after you take it off, and lasts for quite a while. The jelly material, also likes to stick to itself, and when I was trying to remove the plastics off the pieces I did rip a tiny piece, but that didn't really cause any issues with it so it's fine. I think the mask if effective, and works well to moisturize your skin and leave it with a rejuvenated look, but the price is pretty high and I could see a lot of people shying away from it because of that. I think that this is a great option for something to splurge on, break your routine of normal face masks, and treat yourself with this one every so often. Or, if you had some skin sensitivity or maybe a sunburn, this can help your skin recover once it's not so sensitive.

I didn't pick up this mask because I had a laser treatment or chemical peel. I simply love skincare, and every now and then my skin reaches a point where it basically waves a little white flag asking for hydration and a chance to calm down. Between Florida heat, too much sun, and occasionally overdoing my active ingredients, I wanted something that would really reset my skin. The first thing I noticed was how substantial it feels. This isn't one of those thin paper sheet masks that's dry before you even unfold it. The hydrogel is thick, cool to the touch, and comes in separate pieces for the upper face, lower face, and neck, making it much easier to get everything positioned comfortably. The cooling effect is incredible. It genuinely feels like giving yourself an ice facial without having to hold frozen rollers against your face. Within minutes my skin felt calmer, less puffy, and noticeably refreshed. After removing it, my complexion looked brighter and had that healthy "glass skin" glow that Korean skincare is famous for. Even though this mask is designed for post-procedure care, I think it's fantastic for everyday skincare enthusiasts too. My skin can become red after being outdoors or after using stronger exfoliating products, and this helped calm everything down beautifully without any stinging or irritation. I also appreciate that it's fragrance-free, alcohol-free, preservative-free, and hypoallergenic, so it feels incredibly gentle on sensitive skin. Hydration was another standout. My skin stayed soft, plump, and comfortably moisturized long after I removed the mask, and there wasn't any sticky residue left behind. It simply looked healthy. At around $20, these definitely feel more like a premium treatment than an everyday sheet mask, but considering the quality, unique hydrogel design, and professional-grade formulation, I think they're well worth keeping on hand for those times when your skin needs a little extra love. Overall, this feels much closer to a clinical or luxury spa treatment than a typical sheet mask. Whether you're recovering from a cosmetic procedure or simply want an incredibly soothing, deeply hydrating mask for stressed or tired skin, this one absolutely delivers. It's become one of those products I'll happily save for whenever my skin needs a full reset.

Very disappointed with this mask. I expected multiple masks in the package, but there was only one for $25, which is already overpriced. The quality is terrible. As soon as you open it, it starts tearing apart, making it almost impossible to apply to your face. There was no noticeable effect at all. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this product.
