Samsung Protective Cover for Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge - Black Sapphire

Sleek and light. Just what I needed.

I've purchased both versions of this case (clear and opaque) and describe them separately below...~ CLEAR VERSION ~As far as phone cases go, this is as minimalist as you can get. Don't expect much protection if your phone falls on concrete. It's probably more appropriate for falls on indoor flooring, such as vinyl or carpet. With that said, this case looks great on the S6 edge and fits perfectly. My only real complaint is how scratch-prone it is. I noticed scratches immediately after installing this case, caused by the phone's aluminum edges rubbing against it. If you have a Black Sapphire S6 edge, these scratches are quite visible.~ OPAQUE VERSION ~There are numerous differences between this and the clear-backed case. First, the plastic in this version is a bit thicker and sturdier than the clear case. The lips around the edges are a bit more pronounced, wrapping around the phone a little more. There is also a padded surface on the interior, protecting the glass back of your S6 edge. All of this amounts to better protection against drops, while maintaining a very thin profile. It doesn't look as good as the clear-backed version, but withstands scratches better and doesn't show dust that may get in between the case and phone. I would recommend this version of the case over the clear cover.Note: Both versions of this case do a good job at protecting the camera-bulge and screen when placed on a flat surface.

Fantastic case. It looks like leather, but has the convenience of high-quality plastic, it's really easy to clean.You have full access to both edges of the s6 edge with this case, as well as all the important external features, such as the headphone jack, charger, speaker grill, all buttons, and the IR blaster.It also provides decent protection against drops, with all four corners being covered. The screen is also well protected, and cannot touch any flat surface. You can set your phone screenside down in confidence.It looks nice too. The only downside I can think of is that you might have trouble plugging in larger headphone jacks. My audio-technica ATH-M50 wouldn't fit with the case on. A minor price to pay for a great case.Buy this!

On the second day I purchased product I tripped and the phone fell face down.Needless to say I should ask for a refund screen scratched and has a crack from lower left corner all the way tou upper left corner..dont bother to purchase one.total disappointment...no stars..the are forcing me to click on one star otherwise info wont be entered..

The case is minimalistic, yet cute. I find this to be a great deal, since it’s an official Samsung product and it looks so good. The case is sturdy and fits perfectly on my phone. The only negative I have (which isn’t a big deal), is I can’t put a screen protector on my phone, but the case does well at protecting the screen and the back glass from getting damaged.

These phones are extremely !+slippery on the sides. This case covers everything but the sides. The most needed part. The case is cute.

Really attractive case (got it in Black) that fits the Samsung Edge perfectly, without taking away its external virtues. But more importantly, this protective cover actually performs its intended functional purpose quite well. Someone bumped into me the other day, and the phone got smashed hard against asphalt. While an upper corner of the case got scratched, the phone remained totally intact.

I love this case. It fits the Edge really well, and it's a Samsung original, so it's just fits the style overall. Tried several cases, but this one is the best. It doesn't add any bulk, but does a good job at hiding the protruding camera and making it flush. It also adds some grip, not a whole lot, but some. My only complaint is that after a few days of use, the letter "G" in Samsung came off. It started with little threads coming from under the letter. I thought it was pocket lint, but it was the threading from the cover itself. The other letters are fine. I think that's just a flaw in this particular case, so I have already returned this one and ordered the exact same Black Sapphire case. 5 stars if this issue is gone on the new case. It's nice!
