Laser Printer Perfect So Far
HP LaserJet M602X CE993A Laser Printer I ordered this printer from WS Electronics. The printer arrived in record time - before promised dates. However, the order did not include the toner and/or USB cable. Which I later found out that the cable was not to be included. I contacted the shipper, spoke to Val at WS. She was very helpful - she apologized and sent out the cable anyways for our trouble and I received it the next day (great customer service). She also mentioned that they were not aware that the toner was to be included in the purchase. Val immediately ordered the toner and had it sent out from their vendor. I received it two days later. I was then able to finish my installation process and test the printer. It is working great so far. I give 5 thumbs up to Val and WS - would give 10 if available. :)

Paper jams! Terrible printer!
Consistent paper jams and tech-support was no help! They sent me another one but that one is in worse condition than the first one. I am now awaiting a label so that I can send both of them back and get a full refund. Don’t waste your money!!!

Couldn’t be more pleased
Purchased the HP Laserjet 600 M602 printer for our small business and couldn’t be happier with this unit and the seller! Had 2 small issues (toner & power cord), contacted the seller on Wednesday and both the new toner and cord were delivered on Friday (2 days), I’m impressed with the quality of the refurbished machine and superior customer service from the seller! I absolutely recommend this seller!
