Good
The Taro flavor isn't for me but the rest were good & not strongly sweet. Fresh, soft, squishy.

Green tea was SO GOOD, enjoyed Taro & Red Bean, too
[Taro] My favourite mochi is usually taro mochi, but I noticed this taro mochi not only had a very pale centre (they usually have very dark, purply centres in my experience) but it was kind of lacking. Being my favourite flavour, it was a little disappointing. I still like it, and I still eat it, though. But I won't be buying this package again because I know I can get better taro from a different brand.[Green Tea] The green tea flavour was /amazing/. It was, in my opinion, perfect for a treat. Sometimes, green tea sweets can be way too earthy/grassy tasting (kind of like hay), but this I found was actually quite pleasant. It still has a taste of green tea, but it's subtle and sweet without being too subtle or too sweet. I didn't expect to like this one because I've never really liked green tea mochi before.[Red Bean] This one is kind of iffy. The red bean paste in a couple of my mochi were not perfectly creamy/smooth unlike my other red bean mochi. One of them I bit into had a very hard piece. When I pulled it out, it was just a very hard red bean. :| (Thank gods it wasn't anything else!) I've never really been too keen on the red bean mochi in general, I find them a little plain. So, this one wasn't a shocker.[Lychee] The design is very cute, but I dislike how it's coated in granulated sugar. It's generally just too sweet for me, too. I took two bites of one lychee mochi and couldn't eat the rest of it. Fruit mochi can definitely be too sweet. Some people might love it, some might not.[Presentation] Each box was individually wrapped in plastic, and then the trays inside the boxes were sealed as well, so it wasn't sketchy by any means. I removed them all from their original boxes and put them in Tupperware, then placed them in the fridge to help preserve them in the hot summer heat. They're nicely powdered, too.I will definitely be seeing if I can buy the green tea mochi again (just buy themselves)! But I think I can pass the rest.[Gluten Free] Because I saw a number of questions regarding gluten free: mochi is naturally gluten free. It might depend on the flavour, though, but I've yet to come across a mochi that has contained gluten or caused symptoms. I have Coeliac's and a high allergy gluten on top of that (two separate things) and need an epipen if I ingest gluten. I did not have any reactions (as expected). So, if you have a gluten free diet and are new to figuring out what you can and can't eat, don't get mislead by "glutinous rice." "Glutinous" sounds like "gluten," but it's not the same thing. Rice is naturally gluten free. (You need to watch out for: wheat, barley/malt, rye, and triticale. Oats can be a hit or miss for GF people as some people will react to the avenin protein in oats.)

Dont bother wasting the money.
Honestly this is like the third time I've tried Mochi, and I am always disappointed. I don't get the hype over a product that doesn't taste good. It's not that the food tasted bad, but it wasn't good enough to where I wanted to eat it either. 3 out of the 4 types of mochi pretty much tasted the same, which was extremely bland and boring, while the Lychee one was the only flavor that had its own taste. But regardless, why buy the 4 pack when only 1 flavor was the only flavor I actually ate the whole container of? The fillings they show on the box are extremely misleading. The mochi mostly consisted of the dough rather than the filling which was disappointing. If you're someone who enjoys eating all kinds of mochi, or mochi in general, then I'm sure you will enjoy this product. To those of you who are like me and don't understand the hype, don't bother wasting your money. It's not worth it.
