It has been a couple of months since i bought it. I didn’t have any complaints about it. Does the job and I always carry it inside the beats solo case ans it hasn’t broke. 100% recommend

The sound sounds good. However, when recording video tutorials huge buzzing sound. I have three pairs of Beats headphones. Solo 2 and recently I have the new one Solo 3 and today I will be getting the Studio 3's. When I purchased the wire, it was for my Solo 2, I can hear music and movies perfectly using my Windows computer and Android phone. However, the problem is that the buttons on the wire do not work. When I press the volume button to go up, down, or mute the sound, it does not do anything. I have encountered several times. When connected to my PC (Windows 10 or 11) via the 3.5 mm wire, I hear buzzing sounds all the time. I have some original Beats headphones that were hardly used so I began using them for biking. Well the volume button fell apart and started feeling sticky, almost like it melted! So I had to get a new cord and no way I was paying the big bucks. This was a perfect replacement work just as good and even matched the off color that my headphones are!

I've been using my Beats earbuds while working from home so that I can block out household noise all day but my ears have started to hurt from wearing earbuds 8+ hours a day. My mom offered me her Beats Solo but the cord was broken. I was hesitant to order a replacement cord since it's not Beats brand and I wasn't sure if it would actually work. I got overnight shipping and tried it out as soon as it was delivered. It works perfectly! Plugs in well to the headphones, very secure and no wobbling or risk of it falling out. Sound quality is great with no cutting out, even while I'm moving/the cord is moving. I don't have a comparison of sound quality with the original cord but it's just as good as my earbuds if not better. The sound control and pause/play works and there's no delay from when I press the buttons. The only downside is that the sound control is very high up on the cord so it feels like an awkward spot to reach for, but that might just be because I'm used to my earbuds. Overall, would highly recommend if you're needing a replacement cord!

Does the job, perfect replacement. Tangles easily. Not sure about the people complaining that it’s cheap? It’s a £5 replacement. Buy a more expensive one?
