Best oil soap on the market for me. I have used Murphys Wood oil Soap for years because it is such an easy product to use. I use it on my linoleum floors because it is non-toxic for my pets. It says no rinse, but I still rinse just to be safe. I use it in the house, in my car and for my garden tools because it cleans gently, and thoroughly. It has a nice smell and really makes the house smell cleaner. A little goes a long way, and it rinses out of cloths very well. Shipping was fast, convenient and well packed. There was no leakage.

I love the smell of Murphys Soap. It is a woodsy smell. Makes cleaning nice.

Works like a charm on all my wood furniture. Cleans and polishes chairs, desks, and especially my kitchen cabinets. Highly recommend

It’s not the original

This stuff is wonderful and useful on dang near everything. I've used it on black painted furniture with a varnish topcoat. It cleaned very well leaving a beautiful soft glow. I used it on an old wood chest with wax build up after I had cleaned it the "normal" way . It removed the wax build up and my clean white kitchen towel came away a nasty brown all over as if the large chest had never been cleaned! Despite the name, there is no oily residue because the pine oil it's made from is cooked off during the processing (per the MOS website). It cleans and smells wonderfully. The smll is a soft, subtle clean smell that doesn't irritate my headaches. I've yet to use it on my linoleum and tile floors but am looking forward to it. It can be diluted and used to refill the bottles of cleaner on a Swiffer floor mop system which I'm also looking forward to doing.

A favorite for years.

I had ordered Murphy Oil Original before reading all of the negative reviews about it leaving the floor dull and sticky. It came, and I used it today. I have old solid oak floors in not so great condition. I applied it kind of generously directly to the floor, (its texture is a little thicker than i expected) didn't rinse it, then dried it with a cotton rag. It looks really good. It's not sticky, and the floor has more of a shine than before i used it. In my opinion, it smells close to the same. All good so far! I'll update if my opinion changes.

I have used this product for over 10 years for my hard wood and compressed wood floors. Works very well and keeps my floors in good condition.

This product is amazing to clean off dried acrylic paint on brushes and brayers and can be reused many times. Will never be without it again.

After all the reviews raving about this stuff, I expected more. Used it to mop my timber floors but it left a bit of a white cloud over the top of them. Will try again as maybe I got the quantities wrong but didn’t feel like it was the miracle product that everyone says it is.
