Workout Ball Set: Exercise Ball with Resistance Bands, Inflatable Stability Base, Guided Poster & Pump

At first I was sceptical, like how u can u get a value pack an it be worth the money ... Well I bought it an I can honestly say the foot pump that comes with it to air up ball an base is small but definitely a great pre work out for ur kegs as it requires some time and some patience. Idk all in all I love it. The hands that u use to pull on an exercise ur kegs and arms is quite sturdy as well as the ball. If this helps I way 184 and it held my weight well.

Very good quality. Very easy to assemble. The packages included a workout posted as well! What I received in my package was all that they stated in their description except the water bottle and fiber towel. Overall, great bargain for all that it includes in the package.

American owned Small Business, that's great!!! Ball and stand are made from very sturdy material. I like that the pump is a foot pump so it was easy to pump up! The black resistance bands are great, easy to attach and sturdy. I got this to use as a chair because I am working at home and used to a standing desk so sitting all day is killing my legs and neck. I did not get the 4 blue/green resistance bands, jump rope, water bottle, or towel. As I didn't purchase this for the work out ability I don't mind BUT the poster with all the workout positions makes me want to incorporate this into my workout program! It looks fun and challenging.

I love it, and to respond to other comments: 1. This version doesn't come with water battle, towel or resistance bands...if you scroll down to see the contents it tells you what's included...none of those are listed. It shows them in the pictures because you can order them seperately or you can order the package that includes it all. They send out instructions that they can put in every single lot as do many products. 2) as for base and ring not matching and providing stability ....it's only supposed to make it so the ball doesn't roll completely your body and core are supposed to stabilize it....so I'd try positioning your body on a way that you can engage your core, or plant your feet and hands better if your core isn't quite there yet. So my review: love it, super comfortable and easy to use o don't get stuck to it when I sweat lol. Of you are short like me (5'2) doing the quad extension is hard because my legs don't stretch the resistance bands with handles far enough lol. Other than that I absy love it..I get a great work out.

I would have given 5 stars but I did not receive all the items on the list. I was missing the resistance bands, jump rope, water bottle and microfiber towel.

Great product to have just to stay fit and lean flexibility and with just a little bit of imagination, anything can be accomplished. Great product to work out at home just the basic work-out comes with an exercise page.

I'm not satisfied at all, to many things are missing to even use the equipment. I want my money back Now. I'll let everyone know not to order this. This get no stars it's false advertising and they should be sue

Friend got one like this but bands were weak this has better bands use it every day
