heavy duty for fat bikes. While not the cheapest solution, these do work with other manufacturer's racks with the same 1-1/4" square tubes. I am using them on a no name rack that I got off another site, and they fit perfectly. I have 4" wide tires on my bike and there is room to spare. The straps are a nice feature as well; they have velcro and they are built into the rack (extra safety). all and all a must for fat bike owners.

The Hollywood Fat bike Wheel Holder for Sport Rider Rack is a quality set of wheel holders to replace the road bike cradles to enable the transport of a fat bike. The width is in excess of 4 inches so most fat bike tires will fit. The cradles slip onto the load bars with a little elbow grease and then tighten down with threaded fasteners that have plastic knobs. The wheel holders come equipped with large velcro straps to secure the wheels to the wheel holders. Update 10-15-17: I recently purchased another set of the wheel holders. So I can carry two fat bikes at once. I can still carry most other sized road bikes and mountain bikes without problem due to the versatility of the Hollywood Bike Carrier. One problem surfaced when the hold down hook started sliding releasing it's hold on the top tube of the bicycle. I submitted a question to the other buyers from Amazon and within a day another user suggested to clean the rails that the hooks slide in. Voila! problem solved. I would also like to caution other users to a problem I encountered if you carry a bicycle on the inner (side closest to the vehicle) hooks. The pedal closest to the vehicle can damage your paint depending how far out your receiver sticks out. I have taken to removing the offending pedal while on the rack. Update: 8-28-20 I recently purchased a Hollywood Sportrider SE because the rack tilts away from the vehicle for loading bikes without damaging your vehicle. I was able to take the fat bike wheel holders from the old rack and install them on the SE. They fit perfectly. They work fine for fat bikes and cruiser bikes, plus size bikes and road bikes. During this transfer I noticed the wheel holders have rust forming primarily on the weld locations. I dabbed some rust neutralizer on these points in hopes of reducing the spread.

Perfect for my fat tire bike

Work as expected. When I bought my Hollywood rack in the early 2000's "fat tires" weren't really around, and frankly the bigger hoops needed for fat tires would make any normal wheel sloppy. This was a great upgrade to allow me to keep my tray rack and use it for multiple bikes. My Trek Stache with 29+ 3.0" tires has plenty of room to roam in these. I don't have a true fat tire to measure, but I would imagine there is plenty of room.

The party arrived quickly and works great. Due to the part using the same size shaft (the wheel holder has less space between the inside wheel loop and the bike rack bar the wheel holder attached to), 2 fat bike wheel holders will not fit without flipping the tightening bolt upside down on one side. This is my second set and the picture is the older sun exposed item. Essentially, if you have two fat bikes or have two sets of these fat bike wheel holders, posts have to be adjusted and it is easy to do.

Perfect part to replace the narrow tire holders on standard 1 1/4 inch tube bike rack. On the expensive side but so was the electric bike. Very heavy duty made.. Our bike rack has one fat tire bike and one standard tire size bike. Cheaper then buying a new bike rack. Would recomen.

Great FatBike holders which are also compatible with similar racks (ex: ProSeries). My only complaint is that I find the velcro straps are a little short. They only snap together for about 1 inch long. If it wasn't for that, I would have given it 5 stars. Good value for the price! Shipping arrived as expected. Fits my 4.5" wide tires no problem.
