Definitely recommend
Bought this several years ago. Great value. Seals well, no issues. Easy to use and super light and sturdy. We have held up to 19Lbs turkeys and still had room so definitely worth buying. About the size of a normal 5gal bucket

Brine bucket
So glad you sell these briners. Cannot find anywhere in stores. I really like the quality and deep enough for all the things I brine. Washes up very easily

Amazing design worked perfectly
Fantastic invention. Being able to adjust the second cover to keep the turkey completely submerged in the Brine is absolutely brilliant. I had an 18 lb turkey and had plenty of room. I wish I knew about this years ago.

Awesome Design!
I have been in competition bbq for roughly 22 years now and have been brining our meats for the same amount of time. I have been using food safe buckets for years in a dedicated outside fridge without issues, except when it comes to doing my corned beef/pastrami. I always have to deal with preventing the meat to float and finally i decided to just try a different method. When i discovered the briner, i was immediately eager to try this little guy out to see how it worked. Since Gobble Gobble was just a few weeks away, it was a perfect time to try my yearly brined and smoked turkey. For those of you who have never done a brined turkey, you have no idea what you are missing. You can brine and go directly to the oven with amazing results or take to the pit for amazing results as well, it does not matter. What matters is getting flavor deep into your birds for creating flavortown usa. For a brine you can start out with a standard basic brine recipe. There's tons of them on Google, so just search. What i like to do from the basic brine recipe is add different types of sugar, 2 different types of salt, a host of fresh herbs from my garden, some cut up fruit and a variety of chopped veggies. I like to steep my chickens for 3 days before cooking/roasting or 5 days for a turkey. Be sure to prepare about 1.5-2 gallons of brine for a turkey since the size of the bird will use less brine depending on the size. Where i really needed this Briner was for prepping corned beef/pastrami. I hated having to figure out ways to weigh my meat down. Yeah, i could build my own weight system but since we do sell our food, it has to be food safe. Most health inspectors here in CA would not approve of homemade ways to keep your meat submerged, so it was worth trying out. The Briner exceeded my expectations and i am happy to report the floating problem is gone. Thanks for a simple and inexpensive solution to this problem. My only real gripe is being a prime member, i had to pay for shipping on this unit. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future to sustain our request for pastrami by local's! If you are on the fence, pull the trigger, you will not regret it. If you are low on fridge space, the compact design will please you.

Nice size brine bucket
Nice size, has inner lid to keep everything submerged. Used it for Canadian bacon. Will buy the smaller one for making saurkraut

Worked great for a 21 lb turkey. So much easier than a brining bag!
Brined a 21 lb turkey. Worked great, was easy to use, and fit easily in our standard sized fridge (had to take out a shelf of course.) The turkey was very snug though, and I don't think I would try a bigger turkey in it, even though it says it can do 25 lbs. The edges of the turkey were pressed up against the side of the briner, so I was worried they would absorb as much flavor. But everything turned out great, and I will definitely use this again.
