Best plumbing tape ever, used it to seal old Sun Sun canister filters that were leaking for a good while before I updated my tank and filter, it’s a life saver for aquarium usage cases like that works great for stoping leaks from a flow pressure reduction washer on the main shower head. It’s easy to use, thicker than any plumbers tape out there, durable enough to not have to reapply it every time you unscrew something it was used on, and overall my favorite hack for aquariums and getting plumbing work done quick with less likelihood of leaks and drips.

Good quality and works well. I prefer it to the narrower ones I used to buy before.

One might not think it necessary to use this on hose barb fittings, but I did, and it stopped the leak. The clamp was very tight before and after I used Blue Monster thread tape, but the connection was leak free only after I used the tape.

Amazingly wide tape, Works easy and when you drop it, the bright blue spool makes it easy to locate.

This is the best Teflon tape I've ever used! It's nice and thick, works great and is easy to use if you're familiar with working with Teflon tape.

This is a review for Blue Monster PTFE thread tape, 70887, 1" x 1429". The roll instructions say "minimum 3 wraps required." I'm not sure that I have adhered (no pun intended) to that rule (maybe have done 2 wraps only). When you first lay the tape on the pipe threads, it doesn't grab as quickly as the white tape does. However, once you get the tape wrapped around the pipe's circumference one time, the tape will adhere to itself and be "sticky." Yes, the tape is usually trashed after you unscrew something. You will have to use fresh tape. However, unlike the white tape, it's not completely trashed, stringy, and hard to remove. The roll is large and I feel like you get a generous amount. The blue color is maybe more conspicuous-looking than the white tape. Over all, this quality and thickness of this tape is very good. It is an improvement over the white tape.
