It works well with my leds ,pretty easy to hook up and connects to hue bridge ,the colors come out bright and accurate ,pretty high quality for the price

I love the LED LIGHTS, but I'm having a hard time getting the app to work, that way I can change colors and etc. I don't know if you guys have a remote control or app that I can try??

Worked with Hue effortlessly. In hindsight I do wish I bought the 2 ID versions because you can have the ambiance LEDs and the color LEDs on at the same time. Since the ambiance LEDs and color LEDs are actually completely separate, Hue only uses 1 at a time depending on which mode you select. With the 2 ID version you can have both modes on at the same time which could create some interesting color combinations and ultimately a brighter light source. Might switch to them later and reuse these for another project.

I used 2 of these units for powering 3x 10' 24v RGBCCW strips in my garage to double as both work light and some fun colors when have a party or want to illuminate the vehicles in a certain color. At first tried to connect all 3 to the unit and quickly realized I was exceeding the max output so have 2 strips tied to one and 1 strip to the other off of a 400w 16.7A unit so could expand in the future if desired. The tiny push connectors are not the easiest but they work. Used a Gledopto remote and while was worried they wouldn't sync up right, they did almost immediately. Overall very happy with the product for the day I've had them up and going. Plan to get a Zigbee bridge and try the app eventually but don't have the CAT5 ran to the garage quite yet.

I have installed three of these units. Overall they work well and integrate seamlessly with my Philips Hue hub using the Zigbee Light Link (ZLL) protocol. Hardware nits: The spring loaded wire clips don’t provide enough clamping force to securely retain the wire. It’s incredibly frustrating to mount the device without accidentally yanking our the wires. I’d recommend redesigning the board to use a screw terminal block instead. I have been tempted to solder connectors directly to the board to ensure a more secure connection. Software nits: There’s a brief flash when switching between RGB and CCT modes. Also, the device always defaults to turning itself back on when powered on instead of restoring its prior state.

5 minutes to setup with Smartthings 2018 out of the box using IP65 LED strip in my new shower niche (see pic). When finished the controller will be in rge attic above the shower with the power supply/junction box.

Need a bridge will not work alone. Need other components for this to work do your research.

Ich habe den Controller neben meinem Bett montiert und war anfangs zufrieden mit den Funktionen. Leider gibt er die ganze Zeit ein leises, aber deutlich hörbares Summen von sich, selbst im ausgeschalteten Zustand. Das ist besonders nachts extrem störend und macht ihn für den Einsatz im Schlafzimmer komplett ungeeignet. Sehr enttäuschend, da ich mir eine ruhige, smarte Beleuchtung erhofft hatte.

Unit works well when you get it to work. Getting it to work not so straight forward. Push in type wire connection finicky to play with. Two way tape also less then desirable I end up using hook and loop instead otherwise works well.

Don’t buy this to replace a Philips Hue controller. Your lights will not match in brightness or hue and none of Philips Hue scenes are supported.
