This is my first one if these. I don’t like clipping my dogs nails as I made one bleed years ago which upset me. This is worth trying it’s not very noisy so your dog should be ok. It does vibrate obviously which nervy dogs might dislike, I expect it feels very strange to them. I haven’t used it as much as I’d liked but that’s down to me. Your dog will be better if you do it in short bursts & of course treats always help. It does work and with careful use can help keeping your furry friends nails shorter

Great item! First, my furry lad hates his nails being clipped, so i bought this to try and get them shortened. It is pretty quiet and quick to use, he was nervous at first but then he settled down and let me get on with it. Only reason i gave it 4 stars is because the gap for large dog nails wasn't large enough for him (as a size comparison, my dog is a staffy-mastiff cross and is just over 50kg, and he has big thick nails)..so i had to take the top off to do it..but it should be big enough for most large dogs upto 45kg so dont be put off in buying, because it done really great job on his nails!!USB charging, so no need to replace batteries either.

Easy to use. Our dog does not mind us filing her nails as was very unco-operative if done elsewhere. Ver happy.

We have a labrador retriever with very sensitive feet and he hates having his claws cut, which is a pain as they grow fast and are very strong. I prefer the nurse at the vet to cut them as they have a much stronger set of clippers than I have, but even so it takes some effort for them to do it and it stresses him. I thought I would buy this to try whilst we are all in solitary confinement and we can't go to the vet. I am thrilled. This grinder is amazing. I thought it would take me several goes to introduce it and it would take both of us to calm him down, but we sat outside and I turned it on, took his paw and let it vibrate against his leg as a start, and he sat there like an angel whilst I did every claw, including his dew claws. Still can't believe it. It is going to take me some practice to get good at shaping, but I can certainly recommend this as a game changer. It's brilliant.

I'll be honest, didn't initially hold out much hope as I had tried a different brand before and found it sadly lacking however this has really changed my mind. I have a pug who is a nightmare when having his nails cut and whilst he will not let us anywhere near his front paws we can sneakily at least do the back two. Noise is at a minimum and the grinder works quickly (which it has to for my dog). Well worth the money.

Das summen ist schon etwas lauter als beschrieben. Da mein Hund schwarze und sehr harte Nägel hat schleift es nicht runter aber rund . Trotz allem bin ich damit zufrieden.

Lo compramos porque mi perro tiene el espolón que le crece hacia dentro y con uña negra asi que me da bastante miedo hacerle daño y él ademas pone bastante poco de su parte para ello. Al final acabé devolviendo este y comprando un cortauñas de muy buena calidad ya que el corte es un segundo y con esto tienes que estar bastante tiempo, además que en dos ocasiones se enredó el pelo y se lo arrancó claro. No lo veo muy cómodo, quizás en perros muy tranquilos y que se dejan hacer de todo sería útil

Our Frenchie happily obliges and sits still while we use it, it does not scare her at all. Good product
