Does this chocolate need to be tempered? Or can it be used once melted?

Hi, you can use it melted, as long as it never reaches over 34 degrees , anything over 34, and you will have temper.

I have not read the instructions at the back of the package but I don't find it sweet at all just a normal white chocolate taste.
