Was surprised at how much there actually is in the package, but that's not a bad thing!I find I'm using it all of the time now- I filled an empty red pepper flake container with this for ready access and filled a pepper grinder for finer ground applications. One concern I had was how well this would grind since it's not pepper "corns" but the flake grinds very well so far and hasn't been a problem with clogging the grinder at any setting.The flavor is great and very versatile! Adds a nice smoky heat to dishes but I have to be careful- It isn't "hot" with judicious use but can get there if you're heavy handed.Will absolutely buy again but this should last quite a while!

I opened the package as soon as I got it, put more on my pasta than usual, because I thought it would be milder than the ground version. Mistake, these flakes are not mild. If you like heat, as I do, this won’t kill your taste buds, but titrate up to your tolerance. Very nice smoky flavor. I think I will switch from the ground to the flakes.

Great chipotle flakes....nice hot flavor! We use these on so many of the meals we make. I was happy to find a good price on them. I sent some off to college with my daughter (she was thrilled as she loves to cook).

These are everything they should be... pleasantly smoky and just hot enough. many nice pepper harmonics, not just heat.

I put this stuff on everything since I discovered it. Bought flakes from a local mart when it was on sale for 6 bucks for a 6oz jar (normal $ was 16ish). Used it in about a week soooooo Amazon bulk order to save the day. I keep some in a mason jar for daily use, and vacuum sealed the rest.Pair this stuff with smoked paprika...trust me.

This bag of chipotle seasoning is great! Very large bag for an inexpensive price. Some reviews say it was a lot of seeds but that’s where the heat comes from. There’s always seeds in the expensive brand name products. I will definitely order again!
