HOT HOT HOT!!!
I have been building up. I LOVE spice. I had been using Habanero at first (from Sonoran, the absolute best hot pepper seller I have ever used), then Ghost Pepper (Absolutely made super bland meals amazing), and Then I ordered Reaper Flakes! Delicious! But I mistakenly ordered Reaper Powder too! I was so blessed! The flakes are hot but you have to chew ad indicium to really get the spice but this POWDER! It is almost a Hazmat suit requirement if you accidentally spill the canister, hah. This powder is SO DELICIOUS! When I offer someone a taste, I put a small dash onto a paper towel and tap a single prong of a fork or the tip of a knife onto the dash of reaper powder, they lick it, and are blown away by the spiciness! If you LOVE spiciness and you want your "Thai Hot Curry" to be actually hot past the first bite, add a dash of this amazing golden stuff! The spice stacks the more you consume, amazing!

Become a dragon with one simple trick!
This has a fantastic flavor, but beware for the average person, this is NOT for you. This will mess anyone who's not used to spice up. Lasts a long time as you only need to use a single dash to spice up most foods! Makes Cajun food taste like a dream if you know what you're doing. Spice veterans, this is for you as long as you use in moderation. Don't go overboard and tear up your stomach!

This stuff is very hot, I eat Thai chili's a lot or Bird's eye and this stuff is in a different world of hot. Very good flavor and has a smokey hint to it. You will physically hurt if you eat too much of this at one sitting. So start off small, you can always add more. And don't let anyone try it if their response to do you like spicy stuff is "you bet, I put black pepper on everything."

Just what was needed!!
I make seasonings and use this Carolina Reaper powder in my Rajun Cajun Reaper seasoning and works perfect, has good heat, and amount will go a long way.
