Review: Excellent tart/pie pan - I needed a tart pan deep enough to make a dark chocolate cream pie and after much research on desertcart and browsing, I decided on this one. It was a perfect choice as the size is perfect with enough depth (2"). It's sturdy without being heavy and it cleaned very well. I always hand wash my pans/pots so I would recommend hand washing this as well. I have absolutely no complaints and there are so many uses for this from pies, to cheese cakes and quiches. Price was great as well. Highly recommend.

Nice deep pan which makes sturdy quiches and tarts. I used an almond flour crust for mine and none of the filling leaked, plus the quiche released well from the pan with only a little wiggling. Looking forward to trying it with a Dutch apple pie next.
