I used this product a few times so far on my ankles as well as my knees I must say it has been pretty good thus far. Has provided relief and if it keeps on helping me I shall purchase more. Some extreme pain is still there, but this works for her. She also put it on lower back. She had surgery a few years back. Helps that too!
