Great Cargo Net
I purchased this to replace a broken 5 year old cargo net on our play set. It was longer than what we needed, but it was easy to cut and retrofit to meet our needs. This design is an improvement from the previous design as the wooden dowel rungs are shorter and probably will not warp as much. It has been installed for 2 months and the kids love it.

Very good with two installation suggestions
Overall a great net. I used it in a DIY project and have two suggestions for future costumers. Lower beam: drill 1/2 inch holes for the loose ends to put through the lower beam. I really have good tools but with the suggested 3/8 inch holes the hole is as wide as the climbing net cord is and I had to widen it. It just makes it easier using 1/2 inch and doesn't do much/any harm to the wood beam. Secondly don't tighten the screws at the top of the net. Just make them tight enough so you can pull the net straight and fasten the lower ends. Then fully tighten the screws at the top end to increase the tension in the net even more. I also added some washers as seen on the picture not included in the set.

Great, except......
Great product. Easy install, and very sturdy. Unlike others all knots and rungs are even. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that the dowels used are raw pine which is not weather resistant wood. I can't see them lasting long in the north east elements. Other than that this is a fantastic addition to our swingset.

Sturdy play for the kids.
Wish it cost a little less but the kids do love it and it is great for their little bodies. It was easy to install. They provided lots of miscellaneous hardware since they donโt know what your structure is like.

Great product
Just ordered our 2nd one the first lasted 5 years out in Ohio weather all year. Some of the wood eventually snapped from being weathered. We bolted ours to swing set then staked into ground and kids love it.

Easy to install ladder
Added this ladder to our custom built kids fort/play structure. Super easy to add on and assemble. The instructions were not helpful because we werenโt adding to the same companies structure. I used two 2x4 boards stacked and ran it out over the side - worked great and kids love it. See photo.

Great Climbing Rope Ladder
Can't beat for the price. Comes with several ways of mounting and hardware. Will support the weight of several children climbing at once with durable wood rungs and rope. I purchased four earth anchors at Tractor Supply Store (around $7 each), attaching the four ropes at the bottom of the ladder to the ground instead of mounting to wood. This way I can untie when mowing along with making it tight or loose for different climbing experiences. NICE!

Allow one hour to install, and have a helper to pull ropes when fastening to board!
We have an 18 year old Swing-n-Slide play set that included the Twin Towers and Pioneer swing set. Our set had a climbing net on one of the towers, but I took it out when we had small grandchildren and put solid boards over the opening. Now that they are older, I wanted to re-intall a climbing net on the tower. Unfortunately, this current model is NOT designed for that application. It is intended for use on either the PIONEER or WRANGLER play sets. So basically you have a cargo net the kids can climb up, then have to climb down again. So, I installed it on our Pioneer set, after I took down the two rings that were hanging in this location. Takes at least an hour to install. You will need to buy a 4"x4" x8' board, that you cut down to 6' length. This board is mounted to two of the A frame legs on the Pioneer set. You will need a LONG 5/16" drill to drill through both 4"x4" boards. You then attach this 4"x4" using 5/16" carriage bolts and nuts provided with the kit. Using the same long drill bit, you will drill 3 holes on the top beam of the Pioneer set to allow you to install the upper end of the net (the fourth hole is provided by removing the bolt at the metal bracket that attaches the A frame to the top beam). Insert the 4 eyebolts through these holes, add the nuts and washers, and tighten with 1/2" deep well socket. Swing-n-Slide now provides plastic bolt covers, you simply use two wood screws/cover to install (need phillips head bit for your battery drill to install). To install the bottom net ends, you will need to drill four 3/8" holes in the 4"x4" board you installed earlier. you then push the net rope ends through these holes. They provide 2 staples/rope to fasten the ropes to the board. You are supposed to pull the rope tight, thread it through both staples, hammer down the second staple, then pass the rope back through the first staple and hammer it down. IT IS BEST TO HAVE A HELPER FOR THIS STEP! very difficult to pull the rope tight enough while you are trying to hammer staples down. The rope still stretches, so it will sag when kids start to climb it. (by the way, the kit comes with 44 wood screws, when you actually only need 8 to install plastic caps over the bolts.)

The net is not perfect as the rods on the bottom were not quite ...
Very please with this cargo net. Hung it up on a climber I built that is connected to a rock climbing wall. The net is not perfect as the rods on the bottom were not quite level, but it doesn't hindered use and my kids love it. It seems well built and came with all the needed hardware and clear install instructions. You do need to anchor the bottom ( I used a 4x4 buried in rubber mulch). Secure and not tacky looking. Fun for kids. Its a winner.

Great addition to backyard play set
Great addition to backyard play set, the wood blocks are not included so have a plan for attaching it to the ground and the set.
