This fit our needs perfectly- it is extremely heavy duty and looks very high end with the clear glass shelves and added mirrors on the inside of the door and the back of the cabinet. It has become the focal point of our bathroom renovation! I purchased the soft-close hinges in place of the hinges it comes with- so glad I did, the kids and husband are more gentle with the door. Our cabinet is not recessed, the few inches it adds hanging on the wall is minimal compared to how much storage it provides.

So roomy and the light is very nice. I love the soft close doors and small magnifying mirror inside the door. My husband loves the extra plugs inside the cabinet.

To be honest - after looking at the promotion and videos, this product is EXACTLY as advertised. HOWEVER I purchased the non-lighted version for another unit - installing overhead task lighting (making the costs comparable) and I'm much happier with the overall result - especially when you want to use the interior mirrors for side and back views of your hair.My bathroom seems well lit when the doors are closed, but underlit when the doors are open.Also: the make-up mirror doesn't stay where I put it - it just slides down to the lowermost position.In summation - product is as advertised but I wish I'd gone a different way. I was seduced by the sleek look and brand name - I expect that at the price point and with the brand name, these details should be something that are built into the product (as a previous user noted, cheaper competitors also come with defogger built in - seems like a no-brainer). I expect to be DELIGHTED spending 1400 for the brand model - not to find 5 things I don't like about it the moment I open the door.

The media could not be loaded.  Love the 3/4 to 1/4 mirror. At this price we feel it should have come with defogger as with other models.It's beautiful and perfect. Our outlet doesn't work and due to construction time we were unable to return. Hoping our electrician can fix.Love the dimmable lights! It's simply perfect

This cabinet is amazing and perfect but one star down because of the lighting. My bathroom is small about 12'x10' with shower, toilet, vanity and mirror above the sink. The medicine cabinet is nice and deep with power and adjustable shelves. I was able to put my tall electric toothbrush in there including the charger and ALL of my precripts, supplements, deodorants, tums, and you name it in there.We did a wall mount which required a special wall mount accessory (easily found on Amazon) which makes it mirrored all around, kind of cool. Our installer was more of a handyman, but he was able to install and wire it up correctly, and install the wall mount accessory sides. The closeup mirror inside is pretty good, but I've had it slide to the bottom once in a while when I need it.The most surprising disappointing thing is the mirror lights. Seems like a good idea, and we hooked them up to an adjustable light switch, but when I have them on anything more that minimum brightness, they create a lot of glare. On minimum, they are a nice night light, but any higher and the glare is high. Maybe its my glasses. Not sure, but you will need additional lighting.

Update: All is well. the mirrored cabinets were installed and Kohler sent a new door to replace the old one. Both arrived broken. Then they sent me a whole new cabinet because of the trouble but mainly because "it's packed much better". I'd had the glass replaced in the mounted cabinet and now have one new to sell. I love them and rated the buy with four stars because of the poor ship packaging.So I left closed until the contractor was ready to install. When opened the inside glass was shattered. Between the "intelligent" toilet and the mirror cab, I got three broken toilets and one broken cabinet.Really Kohler, is this the best you can pack for shipping? After spending almost twenty grand on Kohler fixturing I don't feel like I got a luxury experience in the least. Very disappointed in you.

We put this up as a surface mount cabinet, and absolutely love it. Quality materials and very adjustable inside depending on height of items you want to store. I'm a big fan of mirrored inside + outside, so you can set up an angled door and see multiple sides of your hair. I only wish there was a bundle including pre-installed soft-close hinges, rather than having to purchase and install them separately.

I had several requirements:1. No bezel on the mirror2. Rectangular3. Mirror on the inside.4. Single door that swing left or right. That is, no splits down the middle.5. Soft-close6. Ease of installation. Can be installed by myself.My pre-purchase research narrowed it down to just one option. Unfortunately, the price was not right at or near MSRP. So I waited and bought the model without the built-in soft close from Amazon warehouse, saving me over 60%.Then I installed "Blum BLUMOTION 971A for Compact Hinges" and it works as well as the built-in soft-close (I tried it in a Kohler flagship store.) This does require a 90 degree angle drill bit attachment. BTW, the Kohler website does offer the soft-close hinges as "spare parts" but at over $50 and it necessitate removing the existing hinges. (Don't, since the hinges were set using self-tapping screws and installing new ones will mess with the ability to hold onto the heavy mirrored doors)As for the installation, Verdera is the only one where you can HANG the mirror after the mounting a metal ledge on the wall. It will stay there, setting your hands free to set the remaining screws so that it can't be lifted off.All other mirrors, that I have seen, require you to REST the mirror ON the ledge near the bottom. With your shoulder against the mirror or with someone else helping, you then set the rest of the screws so that it doesn't tip forward.

Received as promised and was very well packaged to ensure no damage happens. We have not yet installed the cabinets as we are under construction.

Just as advertised. Shipped well and safely. Cheaper here than most stores.

This mirror is exactly what I was looking for. I've always liked the Kohler brand and have always thought they were very high quality products. This mirror was shipped extremely fast to us and we were excited to get it up on the wall as it arrived during the last day of our bathroom renovation.We opened the box to find that the hardware to install it on the wall was missing. I contacted Amazon, who in turn contacted Kohler and said it would get to me in a week. It has now been nearly 2 weeks and I still don't have it. I phoned Kohler today who said they don't ship individual items out and we have to wait for the truck to be full. She expects it to be full in the next couple of days. It's coming from Wisconsin... I live in Alberta. It's easily going to take another week to get here. For the amount I spent on this medicine cabinet, I would expect them to expedite the missing pieces as this is their mistake. If I had known it would've taken this long, I would have just returned the whole thing.Update - now on week 3 of waiting and still no hardware. I got a shipping notification 11 days ago but haven't seen anything yet. Lowered my rating to 1 star.

This came extremely well packed. We installed it as a recessed mirror. Installation was easy. I only had one beef which I saw others had mentioned as well. You must remove all 3 doors to install the glass shelves. If they were 1/8 of an inch, even 1/16 of an inch shorter they would go in with the doors on and still be very secure in the shelf clips. The doors aren't terribly hard to remove or put back on, but being mirror on both sides and rather heavy, it would be nice not to have to. I would have given it 5 starts if not for the shelf issue.

Gorgeous, high quality product. 1/3 the price of Robern medicine cabinet and equal quality. Soft close doors are a nice feature. Ridiculous that you need to remove the doors to install or move the shelves.
