I can't use cheap earrings, I don't know why but if I wear regular earrings my ears bleed, swell, and I can't wear any for a month. I bought some surgical steel body piercing studs and wore them with zero issues. I figured if I bought surgical steel hooks and replaced cheap hooks, I could get away with cheap earrings. These are better than regular earring hooks but I still have pain and soreness. So I'm wondering if they're actually as pure as surgical steel is supposed to be.

Had quite a few break from a slight bend to open the eyelet. Good for hobbies, but i would be afraid to use these in jewelry for sale because of the quality.

These tarnished so quickly that after LESS THAN ONE DAY of wearing them they turned dark brown and gross looking.

These hooks are amazing and it comes with so many, but when looking for hooks I specifically wanted ones I could put in my not fully healed ears without infection or pain. But this metal is cheap and pained my ears so they aren't hypoallergenic.

I was on the fence about purchasing these but they are amazing.

Container shipped in not great, was all over in a tangled mess. Other wise fine!

Some of the hooks didn’t come with the ball or wire coil thing but that’s okay. Over all they are great.
