Started content creating using other apps but this one is the right fit for me. It's easy to install and you'll hit the ground running. It's very user friendly and you'll be creating in no time. I recommend this product to anyone.

2026 version I would steer clear from because it has some serious issues. For some strange reason, the timeline is very slow when you go to drag anything you have from your library, be it the usual video import. There is a delay when dragging to the timeline. When going to scrub through, the playback becomes 'stuck' (does not play), or navigation is delayed. This is a bug that Adobe Team would need to correct at some point. For now, I advise use the 2025 (previous) release that has no problems. This is not specific to the Silicon Mac, it affects the older Intel versions as well. I do not know if the 2026 version has these issues on Windows, as I do not use Windows anymore. In addition, updating the 2026 version using the Creative Cloud Manager becomes stuck, such as at 46%, and if you cancel the update and open the manager again, nothing happens. You need to restart the Mac. This does not happen on the 2025 and earlier versions.

That was weird. I had to submit three times. First time I entered email address as normal; received error "There was an error attempting to activate your subscription. Please try again". Second time I checked my Adobe account and saw it was all caps, so I used that; same error. But the activation page loaded with a select box instead of two text boxes, so I hit link account on that page, and it worked. Just keep hitting that submit button, and make note case used on your Adobe account.

Anything to make corporate America more money is wonderful... I guess.

The downloading and installation was a breeze and fairly fast for where i am and the app sizes. Long time user of photoshop elements and then light room. I am generally not a big fan of cloud plans and am a little suspicious of something called a “creative cloud”. But the programs seem to be much better stitched together than years ago. Time will tell i supposed.

One thing I’m not too happy about is that I couldn’t load premiere on my laptop. Granted it’s slightly older, but it worked instantly on my desktop, while it took adobe over an hour and a half logging into my computer, and they couldn’t get it to download and install from their own servers. That’s one aspect of their old disc versions of their software that was better over the creative cloud.

So far so good. Still working with the tutorial that comes with it. Exceptionally clear instructions. Also am finding many good tutorials on YouTube that go into more advanced functions.

The subscription never worked. Will be asking for money back.
