The Little Book of Triple Net Lease Investing

Good book I am in the business and it is good basic solid information.

Being in commercial real estate and a paralegal, I found this book to be a fantastic resource for understanding Triple Net Leases. The indepth descriptions written in plain English gives the reader a background knowledge without having to skip all over the book. It gives a systematic education in an industry that can be very confusing and difficult to understand. I applaud the authors for such an informative and easy to understand format!I would recommend this book as a educational tool for commercial realtors. It is dynamic and full of facts plus examples you will not find anywhere else.

Very good content; very poor printing and editing.

I have spent the greater portion of my career in finance. However, I have never been exposed to net lease investments. This book introduced me to the asset type and how to methodically underwrite the asset. I applaud the authors for making this an easy and informative read. They seem to be true professionals.

I think Jonathan did a great job presenting the in's and out's of investing in single tenant properties. By including basic forms from a Letter of Intent to a Purchase and Sale Agreement a newcomer to this type of investment can get an idea of what will be expected when moving into the documentation phase of a NNN or NN purchase. The idea of just looking at the initail yield (cap rate) as a guide to investing is disected as many times you have to look beyond the first years return to see the bigger picture and maybe in the long run get a better investment.........great job Jonathan!

The authors did a great job creating a simple, easy to read (and understand) book on what can be a complex topic. This book does a great job opening your eyes to the opportunities available in NNN investing, while also being very upfront on what challenges and pitfalls can be faced. I would recommend this book to any novice investor or person interested in pursue future investments.

I am really impressed with the complexity of this book and the simple nature in which it is written. The authors take a somewhat complex topic and make it easily understood. I feel that I now have a much better understanding of the net lease investment market and the ability to intelligently begin investing in this property type.
