Excellent for grilling and rehearing
I used to have the big version of NuWave. Couldn't bring it with me when I moved. This smaller version fits well in a small counter space. I like cooking chicken, salmon, and vegetables kabob among other things. It is great for reheating French fries and pizza - they taste fresh. Great buy!

Product seriously changed my life
This product is exceptional! I use it every day and everywhere. It is perfect for a single guy or girl to spend less eating at work and eating fresh. It works perfectly I have boiled eggs, bacon sausage, Cornish hens vegetables on the bottom. I have even baked a pie and cookies in this thing. everything can be cooked from frozen. its portable and easy to use it doesn't create a lot of heat, it doesn't smoke or burn and it has a timer like a microwave. Its way better then microwave as it can cook real food and its better then toaster oven because it wont burn and it doesn't take as long to cook. I recommend this mini for a single person and the large one for a family. I have a few miner problems with this product in regards to refinements. the clips that hold it when carried do not work and are pointless. you'll wine up caring it from the base not from the handle up top. Also the rack should be adjustable so that you can cook things simultaneously on the bottom suck as vegis. You can still manage it. I like watching the food cook but just to make it easier with the lid it would be better if it was conventional like a microwave. This is great product none the less and if u intend on saving money and not eating at work it will do an exceptional job. Thank you nuwave and amazon

Nu-Wave mini
Was replacing an exact oven. The hood had cracked on mine after 10+ years of use. This is the handiest appliance in my kitchen.

nu wave minni
Love it. I have the original LG nu wave for cooking turkeys and now the mini. Takes up less counter space. All meats come out juicy and delicious fast. Steaming veggies is a breeze. To can watch it cook and have an idea if it's done as to not over cooking. I never use my house oven. No wave cooking is the only way to cook. Clean up is so ez.I've been using nu wave for 4 yrs now. My turkey come out juicy and golden brown even time. Thx to the nu wave I cook turkey several times a yr. No hassle at all. Save the drippings for gravy and soups. Healthy inexpensive and no additives. Every home should have both nu wave sizes. Cuts down on utilities as well.

Great item for small batch cooking
First, I like its efficiency. Like that I can see how the cooking is coming along. I find it great to cook small quantities of food. It's tough to find cooking items for cooking for one or two persons. I cooked up a half of a package of potato gnocchi in olive oil and a little butter. You could watch the top of the gnocchi browning. I used cottage cheese as a topping but found the cottage cheese too sweet. Will try to purchase some dry cottage cheese or use farmers' cheese the next time. Again, if you don't want to heat up the large stove in your kitchen, this will work well. I also love my George Forman oven that I had to buy on eBay. (It's no longer sold in the stores. It,, too, roasts small quantities.) It's important to eat healthy and I'm no longer appreciating some of the frozen boxed foods. Currently I'm making a cauliflower soup and also a vegetable stew in the appetizer crock pots I bought through Amazon, I believe. With all these products, it's fun to be creative and to minimize the time you need to spend in the kitchen.

A dud straight out of the box
I was so excited to order the NuWave oven. It was going to revolutionize my cooking and make my life so much simpler. The first night I got the oven I assembled it per the instructions, it really is easy to assemble and started to cook immediately. Within 10 minutes of cooking chicken per the instructions (it is supposed to take only 10 minutes) the chicken was not cooked at all. I figured that it was not a problem and would just add more time; however the oven didn't even turn on or heat up. So I googled a few things and tried to reset the oven , it didn't work. Because I live in California I had to wait to call customer service this morning at 6 am. Perfect timing for customer service to help me fix the issue and I would still have enough time to cook bacon and eggs. How dreadfully wrong was I, the customer service rep (CSR) told me I had to return the oven to the store and there was nothing she could do about. When I said that didn't make sense because I was happy with the purchase and this was a manufactory issue that needed to be addressed. After all why put in the paper that states do not return the product to the store call customer service. She told me I was wrong and Hung Up the phone, hung up. I called back to talk to a more reasonable rep and got the same person (which tells me, the call center is a small operation) and when I asked for a supervisor she said no and hung up again. Seriously, is this what stands for customer service? On the third try the same person answered but put me on hold for another colleague who just transferred me to the office, whose office I don't know. Not once during the conversation did I get an apology but I did get an email asking me to send proof of purchase and which part I needed, oh and I would have to pay for the part. But guess what, I don't know which part I need because your CSR rep refused to help me trouble shoot the appliance. So in short, while this oven may be the next coming of the kitchen appliances, (Game of Thrones reference coming) like George RR Martin - I won't give a damn because the organization provided the worst customer support and I could never recommend any of my friends to have to deal with that behavior. So what am I going to do, I am going to return the item to Amazon and buy a George Foreman grill like I should have in the first place.
