This tea is quality! I love the mellow taste. It calms me at bedtime. My cats lick the bag when I’m done.

Purchased this tea as a starter pack before moving on to steeping fenugreek seeds daily. These tea bags are a great, mild stepping stone that help build the habit of daily tea drinking and also help get the taste buds adapted to the very earthy, bitter with a hint of sweet flavor that fenugreek packs. I started drinking fenugreek to help promote healthy hair growth but after running out of my first bag of fenugreek seeds I fell off the wagon and therefore can't speak on its effectiveness. I do believe it has the ability to work wonders (in combination with other things) but consistency is required.

This is a good fenugreek tea, I always choose this over the other brands when there are purchase options.

This stuff is great! I can get pretty wound up during the as I work with special needs elementary kids. Sometimes difficult to wind down at the end of the day. Very glad that it tastes nothing like what it smells. I just add about a half teaspoon of honey. Hour or so before bedtime and I drift right off and sleep through the nightn

I really like this tea instead of taking melatonin, I drink this tea it really helps you with sleep and you wake up refreshed.

Yuck

The taste wasn't real bad tho I added a little honey and lemon to it. It has a pretty bad smell slightly like an old boot. But once the honey and lemon were added it did smell a bit better. I do feel relaxed and that is what I was going for. Will buy again.
