If you travel a lot need one of these!
This is hands down the best carry on suitcase EVER! Have had several top brands and none of them compare to this one. This one was a bit pricey however worth every cent. Has held up amazingly on international trips and just glides along smoothly. TONS of room inside can fit enough outfits for a couple weeks and roomy for laptop and light blanket in outer pockets. The only sorta downside is the space for the battery pack is barely big enough for the battery pack I have however my battery pack is a rather large so probably no big deal for most and mine fits in the space I just have to find a space for my charging cords in another pocket. If you are wanting a solid product that holds a lot of things yet super light, fits in overhead this is definitely one to get!

High-quality, sturdy, and dependable!
I was on the market for a new suitcase earlier this year, and wanted something that would last me for many trips to come. This suitcase is it! I am coming back to review it after using it for two different domestic flights and an international flight. I included photos of when it was brand new as well as after multiple uses. My favorite things: - The fabric is incredibly tough and durable. - The suitcase rolls over a variety of surfaces well (even airport carpet, asphalt, or cobblestone). On a flat surface sometimes you have to make sure it doesnโt run away from you, itโs that smooth. - The handle has four different height adjustments. - All handles on the suitcase are ergonomically designed and/or padded. This makes it easy to lift it into/out of vehicles, up stairs, around a city, etc. - Good size for a checked bag. Not so big Iโll exceed weight limits, but big enough to fit everything I want to bring. - Clean and stylish looking (I got the purple). My fiance even bought the same one in grey after he saw mine! I couldnโt recommend more!

Superior Luggage
I purchased the Crew VersaPack carry-on in the blue color with brown trim. The color combo is very classy in appearance. I am glad that I opted for another color than black, in that it is much easier to spot when retrieving your luggage at the airport. The first thing I notice was the ease of movement and optimal feel of extending the handle. The fabric is of very high quality and tightly woven. The zippers are high quality. Everything about this suitcase is next level with being impressive. On the outside upper zipped area, I was questioning its function with limited room. Imho, would not want to have secure documents there with fear of being distracted for a few moments and potential theft. Most certainly, you roll a tee shirt and a few pair of socks, and especially add your enclosed see- though bag for liquids for ease to show officials, if there if not enough room inside your luggage. Careful about overstuffing with checking for such before a flight. Plenty of space for most laptops below this area. You can verify laptop space on their website. Inside the luggage, generous zipped area on the top. Just below that zipped area, an impressive surprise with another zipped area to secure more. This feature, along with the depth below is quite appealing. My only negative comment is regarding the OUCH price. Worth the extra cost upfront with longevity paying off in the long run? Quite likely so. I do wish that the powers to be at Amazon would approach Travelpro regarding some perks at least a few times yearly though. By that I mean, it appears that their packing cubes are also of impressive quality and these are not expensive to make, but pricey to buy separately. It would be nice to have the op of buying them for 50% off (at least on occasion) with the high $ investment of this purchase.

Whoa, thats a lot of money for a suitcase... but
Like many, I balked at spending $265 for a suitcase when I can go to a big box with a membership and get a set for that price. But, I was looking to replace those sets I bought years ago with only 2 wheels. So, after a bit of investigating quality, warranty, reviews, etc I choose this Travelpro suitcase. It has the 4 spinner wheels I wanted, it has an immense amount clothes, wine bottles, shoes, macbook, wine glasses, hand made bowls, etc. The exterior is cloth but looked strong. Anyway, I took this on a 17 day trip recently overseas to Portugal. If you have been to old cities in Europe, you know that the roads, sidwalks, and alleys are all made with cobblestones of various sizes, various gaps, and not smooth like asphalt or concrete. I flew 6 flights, rode trains, subways, and walked miles with this suitcase in tow. I used it upright rolling and pulled it behind me on 2 wheels, hitting all the gaps and bumps. It also was weighing about 50#. Zero issues, see my pics. I also sat on it for 2 hours (I'm 220#). As you saw from my packing list, It all arrived home with zero damage to anything inside and the suitcase looks like new. I highly recommend you take a look at this one. My only comment is with all the bumps, you need to pack smartly, nothing fragile on the wheel end as it kinda uses gravity to pack everything towards the wheels eventually. This is for all wheeled luggage. I'm gonna buy another one for the wife.

Deceptive Amazon description
Just want to point this out right upfront, this is NOT 21", it's H: 23 in. W: 15.5 in. D: 10 in. Only the case itself is 21". Good luck trying to argue that point with an airline. The correct name for this is Crewโข VersaPackโข Max Carry-On Expandable Spinner. That being said, I purchased this and immediately thought there was a mistake as I wanted a 21" carry on. The Crewโข VersaPackโข GLOBAL Carry-On Expandable Spinner is 21.5". After much further research trying to sort this out for myself I decided to keep it based on two things. First, right on the travelpro website for the "Max Carry-on" it states "Sizer Bin Tested: This Carry-on bag has been sizer bin tested to accommodate overhead bin space on most major US airlines. Fully expanded Carry-On may not meet airline restrictions." Second, I found a YouTube review where they went to the airport with a brand new bag and tested it in all sizers for major airlines and it fit. I did purchase this with the intent of using it as a carry on for future international travel but it seems as if with this exact bag that may be 50/50. Chances are flying a major US airline to Europe or a major European airline that may not be a problem but I can't speak to that. What I can speak to is I rolled the dice and carried this on an Avelo flight in the US. Avelo is a newer ultra low cost airline and I figured if I would have any pushback it would be with them. My wife checked a bag and I stood by the check in desk with my Travelpro Crew Max Carry-on, it was given a glance but no one asked me to size it. I had the same experience at the gate and none of the flight attendants seemed to care. Reading all the other reviews it seems this is what usually happens. I'm not sure how this would fare on regional jets, but that's not a concern of mine as Southwest is usually the airline I fly the most. As far as the bag it self it's a 10/10. Great quality, absurdly convienent, coupled with the matching tote this is a great travel combo, you could easily pack 5-7 days in this bag with room to spare. Update: No issues using it on an international Delta flight, rolled right onto the plane and fit into the overhead bin easily. Gate agents and flight attendants didn't say anything.

Love all the pockets and features.
Beautiful little suitcase with great functionality. The wheels are amazing - when you're in a rush and need both hands for a moment you can just let it run next to you and it doesn't go astray. It weighs a bit more than I'd hope for, but that is because of the wheels and very good protection and all the pockets. One thing that is no ideal is the fact that you have the laptop pocket in the front and right next to it the pocket in which your ipad fits perfectly and above it the special pocket for your liquids... the effect? All the heavy stuff is stuck at the front side of the suitcase and it tips over. My solution - I put heavy books or my laptop in the internal pocked that normally is zipped to the lid. I unzip it and put it at the bottom of the suitcase . Like this it balances out the liquids. Another thing - the liquids plastic bag is great BUT the pocket for it is too small if you're a woman and pack the bag fully... it is difficult to stuff it into the pocket. Still - I really like this suitcase and it has a better price than some other ones out there.

GREAT Carry-On!
I was concerned when I bought this bag that it would not be durable nor fit properly in the overhead, based on a number of the reviews, however, I am more than pleasantly surprised. I previously owned a hard case carry-on that opened with a left and right side, so the transition to this style bag concerned my as well for packing. This bag checks ALL the boxes, plus it has some nice added features. I'll preface this review with the fact that I've only traveled with it twice so far, with one trip for 3 overnights and the other for 8 overnights. Yes, the while the 8 overnights was a much tighter pack (including a Pickleball paddle and two balls), it all fit fine! Firstly, the overall price is very good considering what you get. My other bag was ~$100 less but not as feature-full. Here are my main likes: + It rolls with EASE...the roller-wheels are fantastic...it's the first thing you'll notice + The handle is VERY comfortable. I push my bag on the four wheels sideways often, and the handle is sturdy and contoured to your hand so it fits very well. BIG plus here + When empty, it's MUCH lighter than I thought it would be. As a non-hard case bag, I thought it would be a lot heavier. I was pleasantly surprised...without sacrificing its "toughness"! + A very roomy interior to the bag. I routinely pack: two pairs of shoes/sneakers, two dress pants, three dress shirts (both fit into the separate/zip-out section), workout clothes, three pairs of undershirts/shorts, 4 pairs of socks (packed in the shoes), heavier top, nightware, casual pants/jeans, shorts. + I like the separate toiletries bag. I used a personal bag previously but this is much more streamlined + My backpack fits over the handle easily and, while heavy, it doesn't topple over the carry-on while rolling + It fits in both the overheads on an Airbus 320 and Boeing 733 - on side (larger overheads) and on it's back (smaller overheads). There are NO issues with the wheels in first, which is the way it should be stored. This was one of my primary concerns and it is not a problem. + External pockets are nice but not super necessary as most of my things fit inside the bag or in my backpack. They are convenient for quick access, however, someone thin/not deep, so you're not going to get a lot packed in there. Plus, if the bag is full inside, it will limited the space available a bit. + Zippers are beefy! I did need to use the expansion zipper when I packed for 8 overnights and it was very helpful. I was/am concerned about zippers exploding, as I did see some comments on this, however, I think this is more of an issue with overpacking than the performance of the zippers. I will keep on eye on this as I've only traveled twice (but did pack a lot!) Areas that aren't appealing to me much: - External charge port...I haven't used it at all and I don't know that I would. I usually charge directly into a wall socket when needed. I suppose if I had a charge in there I would use it, but I don't view it as a "I have to have this feature" sort of thing. That's it - overall, a very good decision at this point and I hope to keep enjoying it going forward. I hope it will last! Enjoy.

Very Nice
Havenโt gotten to use it much yet, but itโs a really nice bag, zippers all function nice and smooth, the handles and trim seem nicely stitched, and overall appears to be a high quality product. The important note for me as a taller guy (6โ3โ) with lower back problems, is that the handle pulls up even higher than I need at its top setting, so I actually use the second to last height. Most bags are not comfortable heights and I need to bend down while using, so this is a really important feature! The wheels also track really nice and smooth in all directions, including if you tip the bag back on two wheels. Bag doesnโt get stuck and tweak your back/shoulder over every crack and bump on the ground, which is another big concern. Expensive, yes, but itโs a quality product with a warranty, replacement parts are available, and it should last quite some time compared to the cheap bags weโve all tried and fought with. Size is what it is when looking at bags and it isnโt like certain bags really have more space than others, so it really comes down to whether you want a bag that will last, or risk a cheap bag ruining your travelsโฆ

Best in the business
This suitcase is pricy but I travel 100-200K per year and find this suitcase glides effortlessly through airports. This is the best case I have ever owned. I have many suitcases in a closet with wheels finished that I have dragged all over the world. This case is a game changer. For smaller planes such as regency jets the overhead is tight for the 21inch. Possibly look at the same case in 20 or 19 inch.
