I ordered this mat for a project I'm working on and though the picture shows it is a "grass green", it is more of a forest green.

I bought this mat to play the Wii game  The Biggest Loser  in my living room. I own an exercise mat, but use it in my bedroom over an interlocking gym floor mat, which is held in place by a heavy exercise bike to keep it stable. This is a pilates mat, and isn't really thick enough to run on in your socks. It's VERY stable, and doesn't budge an inch. I do however lay my exercise mat on top of this mat to form a cross. This does the job for me. This listing was also the lowest price when I bought this particular mat. Can't go wrong if you're thinking of getting a good pilates mat, or a mat to provide good traction on a tile floor.

Just needed a simple mat for once a week use by a novice user. This has been perfect. It rolls out flat, doesn't slide around, and is just the right amount of cushion. Smelled funny on arrival, but that was expected and with airing out for a day, it's completely fine. Been using it for a few weeks now without issue, but, again, it gets little use. So, if you're new and just want to try it out or know you won't be using yours heavily, this should work.

For my first yoga mat purchase, I was looking for a durable, lightweight, and inexpensive mat and this fits the bill. While I love the color, it's not as thick as I had hoped but it's long enough to fold under for my knees since I'm short (5'3). The description says that it's 'extra thick' but this it definitely is not. The mats at my gym are double the thickness but get really slippery. My two little dogs love laying on the edge of it while I'm working out and yes, we all fit on it. I've only used it a handful of times but so far, I do slip a bit.

This is the first yoga mat I've ever purchased or used, but I have no major complaints about it. I use it almost every day. I seem to slip on the mat in certain positions. Not sure if that is common or not, but I had expected that issue to be cured when I switched from my other athletic mat. Also, if this mat is extra thick, I would hate to use a mat that isn't because I need to put a towel under my knees for certain exercises. I'd like it to be thicker.

Great price and is long enough for my body, I'm 5'11" . I like the thickness, really comfortable for my knees.

I love this mat. I practice yoga at least 4 times a week and have had trouble with cheaper yoga mats -- all those vinyasas started chipping off the foam, so I'd have little purple mat bits littering my space. I've only had this mat for about a week, but it feels thick and sturdy. I got it in turquoise, and the color is vibrant and unique. I have a feeling it will withstand the test of time--and many, many downward dogs!

The mat is perfect, just the right length (I'm 5'10") and lightweight, but I'd appreciate a simple velcro strap to help carry it. With a strap or a carrying bag, this would be the ideal mat.

As soon as I received this mat I could tell it was a high-quality item. I unrolled it to let it air out because it was a bit smelly (as are most new yoga/pilates mats). Fortunately, however, the odour dissipated within hours. I'm using this mat on my hardwood floors. I like the extra length, but I really appreciate the extra thickness of this mat! I'm pleased -- it's a great quality mat for a great price.

Very thick and comfy. I used it for hot yoga, and definitely needed a towel by the middle of each session, but I've never had the luxury of trying a yoga mat that didn't need a towel for hot yoga. This was great value, perfect for someone who doesn't want to spend a fortune on yoga gear but still wants a quality product, or someone who wants a bit more comfort than the thin Gaia mats offer.

This yoga mat is perfect, exactly what I was looking for. It is the perfect length, and just enough of a padding to be comfortable. Rolls up easy for quick storage.

This yoga mat is just the right combination of length, thickness, "stickiness" and price. I'm very pleased with my choice.

I'm 5'10 and this mat is good for me. I use it on my hardwood floor and it's all the padding I need. Fair price.
