I have a hip problem thats causing me an increasingly worsening and slightly embarrassing issue on some days trying to get a sock on my left leg. The closer winter got, the more I dreaded the thought of having to figure out how to put socks on every day because of it. I picked up this little gadget with very few expectations. But holy cow, it just works! I wear very small ankle socks and was worried it wouldn't work based on some reviews. Not a problem for this little gem. 1. Place sock over the blue cup 2. throw the cup on the floor 3. stick your foot in the cup 4. pull up on the rope.... SOCK IS ON! If you have a mobility issue get this item - it totally works!

This is huge! I dont like it, my socks come off of it when I'm trying to put them on. It stretches my socks out terrible because it's so large. The handles on it help reach but not made well. Just to big and clumsy for my use. I end up fighting it more then struggling to put my socks on without it.

Got a big belly? Had spinal surgery lately? Or? Just old and stiff. This product is for you. The one I bought was a gift for a friend and he is delighted with it. The one I have (same product) came to me from physical therapy agency I was sent to after spinal surgery. Unable to bend over? Get one now!

my 96 yr old grandma broke her hip and can no longer reach her foot on that leg to put on her socks. this contraption works perfectly after a little practice. she likes the foam handles on the rope so that she can get a better grip. she is happy to have continued independence with this device and even recommended it to some of her friends.

This is great! I have arthritis in my back, hips and knees. Have been unable to bend to put my socks on. This product works great. I can now put my socks on myself and it gives me a sense of normalcy again! I would recommend this to anyone who had the same problem.

looked like a good idea , TILL i tried to use it. MY HANDS ARE HARD TO USE ,PLUS YOU NEED THREE HANDS JUST TO GET SOCK STARTED ON DEVICE, MY HANDS ARE ALMOST USELESS. PROBABLY WOULD WORK IF YOU'R NOT HANDYCAPED, BUT ISN,T THAT THE POINT.

I injured my hip flexor quite a while ago, and am not able to get my leg in a position to put socks on. After struggling for over two years with this problem, I finally broke down and bought something to help me get ready in the morning. This has been such a god send to me!!! And while it's only been two days of using it, I do think it's made well and should last me quite a long time!! So glad I purchased this!!!

This is the second sock aid my husband has used. He broke the first one. This is much better than the first one. Studier, and seems to work much better, not such a struggle to use. I would recommend this one.
