Tidy living room hifi
Connectivity: I have literally no complaints. Everything works great. I wonder if the complaints in other reviews pertained to an earlier version of the firmware. Sound quality: Impressive overall. Very detailed. Good bass response for such a small package. Primary limitation is poor stereo separation inherent with an all-in-one design. Build quality: Highly impressive. Everything about the device feels high quality from the thick slab of lucite it sits on to the aluminum it is wrapped in. Wouldn't change a thing. If you need an all-in-one type device because of space or aesthetic constraints in your living room, you'd be hard pressed to do better than this. If you can accommodate a proper stereo hifi setup, you can probably do a bit better in the sound quality department.

does not transmit sound, no tech support
these speakers do not work with airplay 2 in mac OS 15 "sonoma" and naim customer support has been COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE to my requests for assistance to resolve the problem. the speakers are actually *connected* via airplay because the mute/unmute command in the apple sound output pane will dim/brighten the speaker display dial but this does not produce any change in sound output. you are warned. get other product information before you choose to buy. my experience is strongly discouraging about the customer support you will receive, if nothing else.

Very Nice All In One Speaker
Naim MuSo 2 is a musical experience. This product has many features and allows you to connect and stream music from several sources while using different connection types. I found that sound quality is largely based on sound source. While streaming from Tidal or Spotify premium services, sound quality is greatly improved over other streaming sources such as a playlist that is stored on a tablet or computer. Sound quality directly reflects sound source. I added 1” silicone isolation bumpers to the bottom of the speaker so it Is not sitting flat on the shelf. This minor adjustment improves sound quality and eliminates vibrations. Very nice All In One Speaker and a musical experience.

Not convinced they worth 3x the price of other systems..
I bought Muso 2G and and one Qb and have had them for two weeks. They are positioned in a kitchen and adjoining living room. We listen to country, rock, and pop through Tidal. The speakers are a nice quality and they match our modern leaning furniture. They sound full and clear with newer recordings at any volume. They get pretty muddy with pop that has a lot of bass, but that could be that they are rather close to the wall. Given that they are part of an all-in-one system I would imagine that would almost always be the case. I’ve played with the adjustments you can make within the app in regards to placement, I didn’t find that it made much difference in regards to the bass. I’m not unhappy with the purchase but I definitely think there are some things to be aware of before buying. The pairing is very flaky between the two speakers it will work fine for a few days then one speaker will start dropping out. I’m running full wireless mesh network and have one 1gb FIOS. The speaker are about 15 feet apart so I’m thinking they are connected to the same access point. If I power them down for a while and bring them back up it seems to correct the issue. The other issue is not with the speakers but Tidal, just putting this here for other Tidal users. You can’t build a Chromecast group that Tidal will connect to. My original intent was to build a whole house group with the speakers and my two Chromecast capable receivers, no joy there with Tidal. My other word of caution is that Niam app which is the only way to link them together doesn’t currently pass through Tidal generated mixes. My buddy has a Sonos system which I’ve heard plenty of times, not sure with the current limitations and pairing issues that these speaker are worth three times more than his Play5 and Play1.

Connection issues are a constant
Great sound—if works, although the much less expensive Klipsch 3 sounds nearly as good. Have owned the Mu so for nearly one year, and have struggled with inconsistent connections. Recently upgraded router and now it will not connect at all. Considering just moving it out.

Wow...
I didn't quite know what to expect but bought this rather than the Samsung Q80s matching sound bar. And am I glad I did! Sound quality is amazing on TV and Music and range of internet radio options and streaming solutions is incredible. The only (very minor) glitch - if not switched to HDMI in the App, the HDMI Arc signal will drop out. But switched in the App and it locks on rock steady. Highly recommended.

Instructions could have been clearer and more complete. Sound quality is surprisingly good considering the small size. I like the elegant, illuminated control knob. It’s a versatile streaming device. A superior tv sound bar able to stream music

I ordered Muso 2. It was delivered earlier than expected. It didn't take long to set it up with Naim app. Spotify app recognizes Muso 2, so no work required to connect. My husband and I both love the sound.

Product arrived few days ahead of scheduled delivery date as noted in the purchase order. Setup was easy and was up and running after several minutes.... a little confusion at start. Sound is detailed, transparent, dynamically musical with clean, hefty bass extension. This system can play back at exceedingly high volume without any noticeable stress. Overall a great product but a midge bit too expensive...price of innovation. Only problem was the remote hand held control was defective and am waiting for replacement from seller. Otherwise, all is good since unboxing Sep 17, 2021. Surprising thing was my B&W Zeppelin Air started to work without any intermittent problem since Mu-so V2 Airplay 2 setup. Airplay icon is now consistently there and ready for playback without anymore fuss....WEIRD! ***** Update after a few months ***** Recently, Naim app disconnects with MU-so2 each time I tried to install the latest available version update. Only workaround was to unplug the power cord and reconnect after few minutes for the Mu-so2 to reboot and connect back to the app for playback. Requested Naim support numerous times and have not even received any response from them for the past 2 weeks. Seems as if Naim do not believe in after sales support for their overly priced wireless system. Buyers beware!

The sound system is beautiful and the software is amazing!!!! Disappointed that the sound is not 360 degrees and there doesn't seem to be too much bass?? Seems a bit distorted ? I'm 70 years old and have a hobby DJ Business where I do music for house parties, back yards and church........ Play music and hope to show Travel logs and Broadway Musicals as well as Music videos as well as use the speaker in presentations of an adult education nature .......... Just bought a projector Optoma GT1080HDR.......... I haven't had time to test the projector yet??? I don't think I'll return the Naim unit but if doesn't satisfy my customers - may sell in secondary market! Generally disappointed for the $2400.00 CDN paid including HST......
