I had been using the tea for a while now, I really love the tea. Although when you boil hot water and pour over your tea bag, the tea kind come out in red color of raspberry and then it kind dark brown color. The teas taste a slight bitter but not too much. I even introduced for my friend to drink them. They said it kind help with their menstrual cramps and help reduce the flow of your period if you have heavy flow. Overall I think this tea help me a lot when I have bad period cramp. I think it's worth it to drink. I read the benefit tea help your hormonal too, I believe it does help my hormonal during and before menstrual cycle to be better.

used it to try to induce labor. It didn't do anything for that but I did really like the flavor. The box is very nice too if you want to gift it. would recommend.

Can’t wait til try other flavors. I felt some relief when having my period. I love that it has no artificial dyes or ingredients. I love the aroma, not much of a raspberry flavor or taste, but I’ll take it over the fake stuff if it’s better for me.
