Absolutely Perfect for Pizza Crust!
Iโve been making homemade pizza for years and have tried just about every flour out there. This King Arthur 100% Organic Bread Flour is hands-down the best Iโve ever used. I made two large pizzas last weekend and the crust turned out exactly like what youโd get from a great Neapolitan-style pizzeria โ crispy on the outside, chewy and airy on the inside with those beautiful big bubbles. The high protein content really shines here. The dough had incredible strength and structure, stretched beautifully without tearing, and had that perfect โwindowpaneโ effect when I tested it. It rose like a dream during the long ferment (I did a 24-hour cold rise) and baked up golden with fantastic oven spring. The flavor is clean and slightly sweet, letting my simple sauce and fresh mozzarella really shine. I love that itโs 100% organic too โ no weird additives, just pure quality flour that performs consistently every single time. Best flour for making bread and bread products
Who doesn't love fresh warm homemade bread. I decided that store bought bread is not what it used to be when I was very young and the time has come to bake my own bread. This specifically "Bread flour" is perfect for making bread at home, it contains 12% to 13% protein, which is higher than all-purpose flour (11.7%). The high protein percentage such as in this flour, makes dough more elastic and gives it strength. This bread flour is best to be used with yeast for making donuts, pizza, artisan breads, etc. There are so many bread recipes online for fast, no kneading and/or no rising dough, ready under an hour, including prep and baking. Some recipes require only 2 (TWO) ingredients, no waiting time for rising either, just mix and bake, easy and fast. The only time you don't want to use this flour is for cakes, cookies and similar desserts. The price of $ 7.99 per lb. is the same price as in the grocery stores in my area. Buy with confidence and happy baking !

Flour recommended in multiple recipes
This flour has been consistently great for home pizza, sourdough bread, bagels and ciabattas. I started using it after it was recommended in multiple recipes as the top flour. Itโs priced cheaper than purchasing at the local market. I like the 5 pound size because it fits in a jar I have in the pantry. Itโs got a great protein content. The quality is always great.

Fix the packaging
Put the flour bag in a plastic bag like it used to be. Quality is good but care about the packaging as well. Flour spilled inside the box.
