I thought this was a good buy compared to Advil pm pills I was using. After looking at the different ingredients I found that these pills have only25 mg of diphenhydramine compared w 38 mg in my original bottle. This ingredient is a sleep aid plus other uses. I haven't tried them yet but I have less confidence that they will be as good for my sleep problem??? Just so you are aware of the ingredients
