Doesn't come with a power cord that can plug into a wall socket
This pump came with some sort of weird power cord that needs to hook up to screw terminals. Am I supposed to build my own wall plug? Nothing in the instructions about it.Well, I guess I can see why that might be necessary because it's a product shipped to many different countries and they all have different electrical plug standards, but... come on.. put that in bold characters in the description and say where to buy the right kind of do-it-yourself AC plug for your country. It's just weird to ship a product without a working power cord. That's gets a one star rating from me.

No it dose not come with a compatible U.S plug so go buy one from homedepot for 75ยข
Excellent product and ease of Installation. The detections clearly state that the blue wire is neutral and the brown is hot. Common people buy an electrical plug and get over it. The brown goes onto the in most circumstances the silver side and the blue on the copper color side of most replacement plugs. Super quiet and a sleek design.

Low Cost Hard Working HVAC Condensation Pump
I was a little surprised by how well this pumps accumulated HVAC condensation. Excellent pump and very quiet. It is physically small but truly does a nice job. I replaced an older but still working good volume pump that was very noisy. Literally, you have to put your hand on it to verify it is working unless you see the water flowing out of it. I like it and it is reasonably priced. Very happy. Instructions are in translated English.

Bigger life changer than I thought
I rarely leave reviews but I am really impressed. Having to always remove water from the air-conditioner left me in a state where sometimes I would need empty it 2-3 times a day. What's worse, is that even when it wasn't time to empty it I realized a sense of paranoia given that it would occasionally overflow and spill it on the floor. This little decide is a massive improvement. It is off all the time until it gets sufficiently full, and even when pumping water out it is near silent. That means I essentially never hear it.It collects water from the AC and pumps it out quietly. Although I would have been less pleased, this improvement would honestly be worth a $100 for me.Mine didn't come with a power socket, but given the negative reviews about it I bought this one from Amazon for $1.50 and it works just fine: Leviton 48643 15 Amp, 125 Volt Non grounding plug, Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000FPCI3C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_villDb9MT38YP

Solved the dreaded daily clean up chore!!
Installed it in the water cooler, to cure the overflowing of the drip tray. Since the appliance replaced the old water fountain there is a drain capped off behind it. I drilled a hole in the bottom of the tray to exactly the same as the diameter of the supplied clear hose. I inserted the hose into the tray and used water hardening putty to seal it. Then placed the condensate pump right below the drip tray and screwed the pump on. Other end of hose from tray went in the inlet hole on the top of the pump that has a little screen in it. Then I attached the remaining amount of supplied clear hose to the discharge nozzle and fed it up to the capped drain of the old water fountain. I sliced a hole in the rubber cap and slid alot of the hose into the drain to be sure that it will not pop out.The condensate pump took about a half hour to install. Since it doesn't come with a cord to plug in to an outlet, I used an old computer monitor cord and spliced it in with small wire nuts. When I plugged it in, the indicator light on the unit lit up. I then closed the door of the water cooler and poured enough water in the drip tray to almost fill it up to the top. Immediately the pump began the process of discharge. I was definitely surprised that it was silent while operating. Only way I could tell that it was working was to see the water moving in the drainage line. It moved quickly and had the tray empty in just seconds. ..... Decided not to remove the sign from the front of the water cooler since the pump is silent, it will be good to see a dry floor around the cooler and I never have to empty the drip tray. Great product and I strongly recommend it for many applications.

Easy to install, perfect for all mini split ACs
This pump was a life saver for me. I had to route the drain hose of my mini split going up to attic and coming down on the other side of the house. Given most of the mini split ACs use gravity based drainage, i needed a way to pump the water up. This one has a 50ml tank, so it won't turn on all the time, it will only turn on when the tank is full, it turns on for 10 seconds to empty the tank, and then goes off again, efficiently and quietly. I do recommend this for anyone who is using mini split AC, especially if you are not sure your drain hose is able to carry the water out.

Works great for a couple weeks, then dies
This unit seemed perfect other than it is as Chinese as you can get. Small, easy to use, everything needed to install, but it failed after 26 days, thankfully in time to return in. My basement ended up getting slightly flooded from the dehumidifier, but thankfully it was in an unfinished portion and no damage done. I do not recommend buying this, instead spend a little more and go for a reliable condensate pump.

Small Area Dehumidifier
Perfect for a bathroom. I use it in our second bathroom that's only 56 SF and the exhaust fan doesn't do a good enough job of getting the humidity out of the air. Since using the dehumidifier, I see less damage due to humidity. It's small size makes it discreet while removing the moisture in the air.
