Great set of bands, once you get past the usual rubber smell. Long enough for a variety of exercises, or to fold over and double up when desired. They do have a weird powdery coating on them, so I have to wash my hands every time I use them and be careful not to touch my face while working out. I've had them a few weeks, and the smell and coating are still there - hopefully they'll fade soon.

My therapy provider charges the same for ONE band as this set costs and they are the same things. I’m happy to have all of the various sizes in one set. So far, they are performing exactly like the ones I use at therapy.

I wanted to get the same bands that I use for my PT exercises with a trainer. This is a great set. It's so nice for me to have the lighter bands (yellow, red, green) for my upper body and the stronger bands (blue and black) for lower body. My husband was also thankful I bought these so he can use them for his home workouts. I know from using them that they are very durable and easy to use for a variety of exercises. I just wish that this set had come with a carrying case so I could easily keep them together.

Very good quality! Every time. Early on in my fitness journey I ordered the cheap one that were plastic or a mix of rubber and plastic to have them break. Cause this girl works out! Now I only buy or gift this brand. Truly reliable.

Bought these last year because they were a known brand. The black had a piece a few inches long break off as soon as I opened the package. Now I was using the green, and it snapped too, hurting my arm. I keep them clean and stored well. I just started using the green within the past month, hadn't been used before that. It's disappointing I had two snap already when I thought I was buying a quality product.
