It doesn't work. It's passed the 30 day return policy so I cannot return or replace.

Cooper-Atkins 50335-K Type K 1/8" Dia. Needle Probe Thermocouple Probe, -40 to Plus 500 Degrees F I needed a thermocouple probe with a coiled cord for a commercial application, this one fit the bill. The only draw back is the price. Would recommend
