looks good. drawer is a little weird. but looks nice. when I first came it was broken, amazon sent me another right away

I received this item a day after I had ordered it. When I carried the box inside I noticed parts which had obviously come from inside the box lay on the ground. The box was way too light and did not provide enought support for its weight of the contents. Plastic bags with hardware had been torn open and styrofoam supposed to protect the wooden parts had completely crumbled by parts moving back and forth inside the box.When I complained that parts have been missing / damaged I got a call a few days later. I accepted a another printer stand be sent to me. That box arrived the next day so I tried to assemble it. Directions are very meager. Drawer guide rails are not idtenified (right/left) and it remains unclear in which direction these are supposed to be attached (and by which of the many holes).The next step would have been to set connection pins. Holes are predrilled but the holes are about 3 times as wide as the diameter of the bolts. There is no way to assemble this printer stand!I found this problem on both stands I had received!Customer support has been very friendly and helpful.

I am overall very happy with this printer stand. The thing I think I like the most is how deep it is. We have an Epson printer/copier that is larger than a simple printer and it fits on it with some room to spare. The assembly took me about an hour which I didn't think is too bad. Though we've only had it for a week or so, it appears to be built to last. It is wood covered in a super tough plastic coating.The only thing I didn't like was the quality of the directions. There were a couple of steps that I was really unsure of how the pieces needed to go together. There is a customer support number available but I just decided to wing it. Luckily it all worked out just fine.All-in-all, this is a good quality product that didn't cost an arm and leg. It doesn't look like a cheap piece of junk so I will definitely recommend it.Update 5/1/2014: After moving the printer stand just once with the printer on the top and a few reams of paper inside, 2 of the wheels broke off. The cabinet itself is still holding up well but I ended up just taking off the remainder of the broken ones and the 2 good ones instead of trying to get new wheels. Adjusting my rating to 3 starts from 4 because of the broken wheels but it's still a decent value since it's survived in our office environment.

This is very well made and durable. I have had mine for about two years and it's been moved to a couple of offices without any problems. It's still going strong. I really like the storage space also, and for being a durable piece of furniture, it was very reasonable.

This product arrived quickly, took about 35 minutes to put together, All the parts were there and all fit fine. It is solid and looks great! The best part was the low price - better than office catalog companies!

This product looks acceptable when complete. The finish is OK. That is the ONLY positive I can say about it. The hinges & construction hardware are cheap and fragile. Two pieces broke during construction (fractures in the pot-metal parts). The instructions were incomplete, but could be deciphered after careful scrutiny. The steps that were missing could be inferred by looking at what was left -- but this product is not for the inexperienced home-based furniture assembly person.The drawer component was mis-constructed at the plant, forcing me to find parts from past assemblies of better products. Screws were missing. And the shipping box had inadequate protection of the pieces, so there was damage to the press board parts upon arrival. When you think of poorly designed and cheaply manufactured products from China -- this is it.

Best value! Sturdy and functional. The drawer glides nicely and is very handy along with cabinet storage. It is time consuming putting it together but once together, it is perfect! Arrived ahead of schedule and loved the free shipping!

When opened and during installation had these problems. One of the doors had a gouge in it. Only two of the three handles would work. The third handle was too small. One of the wheels was broken in the package-it appeared to be a compression breakage. One of the cam locks had a crack and split open when trying to tighten down. Contacted Buddy Products by phone, and was told to send email with listing. No response from first email. Sent new email with original attached. Claimed never saw first email and now they have to contact China to see if parts are available. Too bad this prouduct is exactly what I wanted for a home office. No communication back yet.
