Exactly What I Needed
I recently began walking 10K+ at a time (6.2 miles or more.) I live in Florida and want to be minimalist when out walking. I was carrying a disposable water bottle because the reusable ones that I had were too heavy or bulky. But I was annoyed that once I drank a bit the water was sloshing around in the disposable bottle and I had to grip it the whole time and my ha ds would get sweaty on the plastic too. I looked at a ton of options and settled on this one. 12 oz size was fine for me. If I wanted much more than that I would probably look at hydration vests and not handhelds. The pouch could hold some nutrition or even a pepper spray for safety. It is very easy to use. I can switch hands easily enough if I want to. Easy to bite and open valve and squeeze into mouth. Water does not slosh around much at all because bottle collapses inward a bit as you drink water out. It is one pull on cord to keep it tight on hand. Can run through dishwasher easily. I am glad I spent the money for this bottle - definitely worth it for me.

A runner's must-have for hydration on the run
I had forgotten to pack a hydration flask for a recent trip out of town and didn't want to have to find a local running store. This was delivered by Amazon in just a couple of days and has become my favorite, with its large front pocket, comfortable grip and strap, and keeping the fluid cool for at least 30-45mins if enough ice is added at the start. I prefer the more firm bottle to the collapsible type, as it's easier to refill on the run. My iPhone 6 barely fits in the front pocket, to give you an idea of how large it is; otherwise, it's roomy enough to hold other stuff I need on the run. The elastic bands at the neck and base make removing the case for cleaning much easier than other flasks I own and a snap to put back on. I'm a long distance runner/Coach and competitive Triathlete.

Good product
Great for trails protection on falls. The storage bag is very tiny but saw this from other reviews so not surprised fits a couple of goo packets and salt pills although they do get a little wet in the bag not water proof.

The best water bottle for running.
By far the best water bottle I have ever used for running. Average about 20 to 25 miles a week, with one of the days a long run. Never one drop dripping. Able to stow energy bar, car key, and extra earbuds. Contour of hand perfect. Best of all water does not slouch around. Recently lost the top of the bottle, and purchase an emergency bottle for a run. Wow, what a difference. Only wish I can purchase a replacement top.

Love it!
Absolutely love this water bottle! Works perfect and stays on my hand without having to hold on to it. I hate things being in my hands, but this water bottle is perfect. Holds a perfect amount of water as well.

Great handheld
Started using this for runs 6+ miles during the summer heat. Very happy with this product and you definitely forget at times that you have it in your hand. I tried a running belt before this but didn’t like the weight around my waist. Recommend this handheld bottle for sure!
