I have used this product to repair several small leaks in my Shur Trax water weight bag for my pickup truck. Tear-Aid is easy to use and stopped the leaks as described. I did notice that for all three leaks it take longer than 24 hours for the repair patch to bond completely. In one case it took close to a week to completely stop the leak. However, once it does bond it seals completely and I have not had a single drop of water leak out of a repaired tear or hole. The package is no problem to store and I keep it in my truck toolbox so I always have it handy. Cuts to size and shape easily with just a regular household scissor and works fine on seams, corners and flat areas. Stays adhered in very hot and very cold weather. I am very pleased with this product and glad I found it here on Amazon.

Very durable repair. Some whitening after a couple days, could have been installer error but it’s holding amazing on my truck bed tarp and I’m not gonna redo it

I have a queen AeroBed that had a tear right around the pump area on the side. I purchased this patch kit to fix the problem, but I realized I probably should have gotten the fabric patch kit (type A) because the sides and top of my air mattress is fuzzy. Only the bottom is continuous vinyl. I tried it anyway and it worked okay, but I still had to re-inflate a few times in the night, even though the tear appeared to be sealed. I think air mattresses in general are just prone to deflation over time so I'm not sure if it was the fault of the patch kit or the air mattress itself.

I applied these patches as stated in the instructions, they have been on a week and a half. The tarp has been inside because I did not have enough patches to finish the job. The patches are already s little dog eared. For half of last summer and all of this summer I have had Gorilla Tape covering the holes. Sure it didn't look good, black tape on a beige cover, but at least it lasted. The tape just began to dog ear and lift a few weeks ago so I decided to go with patches. As of now it doesn't look like these are going to last as well as the Gorilla Tape did. Plus the huge expense for three packages of these patches doesn't make any sense since a roll of Gorilla Tape costs about 6 bucks or so. If they were going to last it might be a worthwhile investment, but I don't think these are going to make it a few months. I think I'm going back to the tape. The tape was still very hard to pull off when I decided to remove it. By the way the 17 stabs in this tarp were done by a kid related to my tenant for no apparent reason other than to have fun with his new knife, he's 12. As I see it now it appears like I just wasted my money. Time will tell I will update as necessary. UPDATE: WELL THAT WAS SEPTEMBER 3RD IT IS NOW NOVEMBER 4TH AND THEY DID NOT LAST, UNLESS YOU CALL TWO MONTHS LASTING! I DID WASTE MY MONEY! I JUST TRIED CAMCO AWNING REPAIR TAPE AND THAT ALREADY SEEMS TO BE HOLDING BETTER. IT'S WIDER AND YOU CUT IT TO THE SIZE YOU NEED. ALSO YOU GET A LOT MORE TAPE.

I think a raccoon chewed up my hot tub cover and it was right where it folds. Styrofoam was everywhere. This product seems to work well. I got the smaller package to see how it would hold up. I put it on while the sun was out and it was hot. Seems to be holding up well over the last month. Rain storms, heat and wind aren’t affecting it. Be careful because it is super sticky and care needs to be given ahead of time before applying it. Laying it out and cutting to shape helps. I’d also recommend keeping it cool so that it is easier to handle as you are applying it. I like that it comes with some small patches! I am on my second purchase.

Works well. This was a second box to finish off a golf bag I was fixing. I added a waterproof glue to the edges & top. The material & color matched well with the area I was fixing. I have some I need ordered more to have it on hand.

Espectacular la calidad del adhesivo. Puesto en el asiento de una moto que tenía una pequeña rotura desde hace más de un mes y como nuevo. Ni se despega en los extremos, ni se arruga, ni se encoje, ni se mueve. El adhesivo tampoco aparece más allá del propio parche como pasa por ejemplo con la cinta americana, pot lo que no mancha ni se pega al pantalón. La pena es que no lo haya de color negro como la tapicería para que el roto no se vea a través pero por lo demás lo recomiendo al 100%. No hay nada parecido y he tenido muchas motos y el mismo problema. Antes de conocer este material sólo se podia retapizar porque el resto de parches y materiales que probé nunca funcionarion.

Aparentemente parece ser bom produto mas no meu caso não deu certo pois a almofada não aceitou o reparo.

Not good product

Not much different from its direct competitor tuff tape. Not perfect but not the worst out there.
